Working with Susi was absolutely fantastic. Susi went above and beyond to ensure our travel planning & trip went smoothly. She called the resort the day of our trip to make sure our group was roomed in the same building (resort had to make an adjustment), provided a do's and don'ts guideline, and even gave us some airport lounge tips. She was very quick to respond on any questions/concerns. We got high end treatment from start to finish. Look forward to planning our next trip with her

Tricia was very friendly to work with and timely with her communications. Our original reservations were pre-covid, Tricia helped us get our flights cancelled and worked with FunJet so we could reschedule our trip sometime in the future. When the timing was right she was there to book new flights and get us on our way.

John made the travel planning a million times easier and did it with such short notice! Everything was planned out perfectly and we had a great time! Rachael was easy to work with she answered all my questions and if you know me I have lots . She made the whole process seamless. She said she would be on call if we needed anything and let me tell you she was. Had an issue at Cancun airport on the way home with them not listing our gate until last minute and let me tell you she was on top of it watching it like a hawk and letting me know as soon as it was updated .
