All my trips organized by Ligia were a real success. This is going back over the last 12 years. Ligia always gets me and my family the best deals for flights, hotels, rental cars, sightseeings, and all inclusive trips. Whether we travel to Europe (Germany, Spain, France, Greece, Romania), the US or the Caribbean we always come back very happy. If by any chance you have trouble with flight cancellations (like technical problems etc) she always helps us get onto another flight the very next day at the latest. This is extremely helpful when you are in a "crisis" situation and over 200 people from a cancelled flight have to find another one ASAP.
She also helped us recuperate all the money from the cancelled trips during the "COVID" time.
