We went on a Western Carribean Carnival cruise for 7 nights. Kassie was a great resource with helping us choose the right room on the ship for our family of 4. We upgraded to a room with an extended balcony which gave us more space and a great view. We had an amazing vacation... I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about it and can’t wait to go on another cruise!

She isn't so easy to work with and very knowledgeable about everything. No matter what questions we had, she gave us an answer. We loved that she gave her own personal opinions as well. No advice we had to take, but it was there if we wanted it.

We have worked with Kassie several times over the years and she is an absolute pro. In our most recent trip to a resort in Cancun, Kassie booked everything for us perfectly and managed to answer my 200 questions and concerns with complete expertise each and every time. The little items that require thought/attention that Kassie takes care of is so meaningful (booking us a private pick up and delivery vehicle while going to and from our resort) makes our trip even more successfull and enjoyable. Kassie is not only a great travel agent, she is a true expert in the traveling industry world-wide!

Kassie did a great job planning our first trip to a NASCAR race in Talledaga, AL. She arranged for a motor coach transport to and from the track from our hotel in Birmingham. The motor coach was new and the best part was that we had a police escort that began just outside the track. They had a reserved parking lot for motor coaches, so we were just yards away from the entrance. Of course, after the race we had the same police escort out. This saved hours of waiting in traffic if we had been in a car as were thousands of people. Thus, the whole day was stress free and it was very enjoyable as we watched our first race!

Kassie helped us plan the best honeymoon! We didn’t know anything about the Caribbean’s or where to go but she sent us to the absolute best resort in Jamaica! She helped plan everything from the pick up from the airport to the drop off to the airport and everything went smoothly!
