Elisa rocks! After having a poor experience with an agent that specialized in Disney races last year, my sister-in-law told me about Elisa . Elisa was awesome. It was easy working with Elisa. She was just what I was looking for for my first trip to Disneyland. She's an insider, a native Californian and a Park goer from childhood. Her knowledge of the magic kindom was amazingly valueble. I'm a WDWer been going since '74 but you just can't walk into Disneyland thinking you know it. You will waste so much time if you don't have some one like Elisa to tell you helpful hints from booking to what to do first and where to eat. We had a wonderful time!! Having VIP seating for the shows was so nice. Some of our favorite things:
• Seeing Walt Disney's apartment, that definitely gives you a sense of what kind of man he was.
• New Millennium Falcon ride in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
• Firework's Show.
• Our suite was perfect.
• E-Ticket Lounge.
• Lunch @ Blue Bayou & Dinner @ Carthay Circle.
• The VIP tour at Universal Studios was perfect.
So, Olga's Cantina at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge we felt was a waste of time. We were not impressed, just a long wait for an expensive drink.

What a magical trip to France! This was our first trip to Europe, and we needed some help. Elisa made fabulous recommendations and suggestions on what excursions and tours to take, and how to have fun! She made sure to take my ideas and provide options- such as a private photographer and a photo shoot at the Eiffel Tower, and champagne with a show at the Moulin Rouge! Are you traveling in an area you don’t know well and might be nervous about it? Don’t worry! Elisa booked our private transportation that picked us up from our lavish hotels, all booked by Elisa based on our taste and style. We felt safe, comfortable, and spoiled. I had a different idea of what TravelAgent services were when I started, but once that was cleared up then Elisa was great about answering questions for our trip, finalizing the trip with the vendor, and providing general knowledge of the trip itself. My husband and I planned our recent cruise to Alaska with Elisa from Dreamworld Vacation Concierge. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, made the process smooth, seamless, and stress free! Once we chose our destination of Alaska, Elisa handled everything from flights, to transport from the airport, accommodations and even activities and excursions. Everything was on one itinerary that we were able to print out and take with us, and included detailed descriptions and instructions. The hotels we stayed in Seattle, amenities and service were amazing, so was the cruise and the food was over the top phenomenal!

Elissa is so helpful, a good listener, and quick to respond to questions and suggestions, She worked within the budget we gave her and provided some great suggestions of places we should see. Elisa's third-party vendor made a major mistake in booking our hotel using my minor grandchild's name. This caused us to be unable to check into our hotel. When we called her from London (an 8-hour time difference) to tell her we needed help she got on it and resolved the problem as fast as possible. I am working with Elisa on a future trip and know I can trust her to "dot all the i's and cross all the t's." In part, what separates Elisa from others is that she not only books a trip, but she follows up during the trip, and after to make sure all is going well.

The Epic Ireland and England Adventure

Elisa was amazing! She was so incredibly helpful and was able to quickly answer any questions I had. I was traveling with my two best friends and did not want to rent a car. Elisa was able to provide transfers to and from the airport, and provide amazing excursions, which allowed us to see some of the sites that were outside of the cities we were staying in. Elisa was exceptionally attentive to planning my three-week Portugal trip in real-time, sometimes less than 24 hours before a hotel or execursion booking. After our initial call of understanding my tastes and preferences for travel, she was able to source the best hotel recommendations, in tandem with a few restaurant options. She is excellent! Always available when you need her and responds back to texts/phone calls quickly with a very helpful attitude. Very helpful in all areas when help was asked for. Even on my vacation, I called her with a question and she cleared up my problem right away. Very knowledgeable concerning Walt Disney World and Universal Studios (amongst other things!). We were given tips and suggestions that we followed from her that made our vacation very memorable. I emailed her to see if it was possible to make our dream of traveling to Walt Disney World come true. I gave her my budget and she send me the proposal fast. She guided me of what to do, was ready to answer any question, helped me with everything. The resort was beautiful we had a wonderful time. The schedule and reservations to visit each park were perfect. Everything was reserved for us. If I had any doubts she replied to me fast. Best Vacation Ever!

Elisa was with me every step of the way! She was always available and took her time with me do that everything was perfect. We loved all of her suggestions and we got reservations at Cinderella's Royal Table! When we checked in and my dining plan was not linked to my magic band, she was reachable by phone immediately and worked very hard to inform the Disney staff of my plans. She was available again early next morning to speak with the front desk staff to assist with getting our dining plan linked with my magic band. It was because of her that the glitch was fixed by late morning and we could start using our magic bands for our meals-and the rest of the trip was fantastic and perfect! My husband loved the meal plan and will do it again when we go back. We loved meeting Elisa on our vacation and look forward to making more memories with her help. She is excellent and makes Disney magic happen! We are so thankful to have her in our vacation lives...we need more Elisas in the world!

The best Disney cruise in the universe

When she takes you on as a client, you don't feel like she is your travel agent. She feels like a friend helping you get through the stress of planning a vacation.
