Thank you so much for all what you did, you even met us at the port to see us off!

Thank you so much for an amazing trip. The layout of each day was wonderful, meals wonderful, all of it wonderful!

Truly, you rocked this. I even loved the order of the parks. I'm leaving Disney without feeling like we missed any of the big stuff. We'll definitely use you again.
Thank you!

Elisa was very responsive to questions/concerns and provide feedback in a very timely manner.

She is a professional at her job

Elisa rocks! After having a poor experience with an agent that specialized in Disney races last year, my sister-in-law told me about Elisa . Elisa was awesome. She learned everything she needed to get both my sister and I enrolled in the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend so we could have some special time together. She booked an excellent room for us, on property, got us set up with park passes, and shared dining plan information with us. The trip was a success, due to Elisa's planning and assistance!

She is excellent! She made our experience a perfect magical vacation. She was always available for us, when we need her.

Elisa was always helpful and very prompt on her replies.
She explains things clearly and makes things happen. She even greeted us st the pier terminal on our embarkation day in San Diego.

Elisa is a dedicated agent who makes sure that everything is taken care of and the most wonderful experiences. She is the best!

Every thing was perfect.since I was a first time traveler from hotel transfers/hotels / park passes and meal plans

she really helped when i was facing quarantine

Elisa was wonderful from start to finish. Listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond what we expected. Everything was 5 star treatment all the way down the line. The travel agent has been a lost art in recent years but Elisa more than restored our trust in services provided and will definately use her again when we travel. Thank you!!

Every detail was covered. Working with her was an amazing experience!

Elisa was fantastic to work with! She kept me informed on timelines for everything we wanted to do, got us a great discount and upgrade on our package and rooms and was always available to help or answer questions!! Disney World is different but Elisa made sure we were informed of what was available and was always a joy to work with!

It was easy working with Elisa. She was just what I was looking for for my first trip to Disneyland. She's an insider, a native Californian and a Park goer from childhood. Her knowledge of the magic kindom was amazingly valueble. I'm a WDWer been going since '74 but you just can't walk into Disneyland thinking you know it. You will waste so much time if you don't have some one like Elisa to tell you helpful hints from booking to what to do first and where to eat. From her texts, E-mails and phone calls each had a little bit of Info to make our visit truly magical.

We had a wonderful time!! Having VIP seating for the shows was so nice. Some of our favorite things:
• Seeing Walt Disney's apartment, that definitely gives you a sense of what kind of man he was.
• New Millennium Falcon ride in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
• Firework's Show.
• Our suite was perfect.
• E-Ticket Lounge.
• Lunch @ Blue Bayou & Dinner @ Carthay Circle.
• The VIP tour at Universal Studios was perfect.

So, Olga's Cantina at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge we felt was a waste of time. We were not impressed, just a long wait for an expensive drink.

Elisa was so helpful! She responded to any questions I had right away and sent me very valuable information for our trip.

Thank you Elisa for helping to plan this wonderful vacation for us! You always listen to our wishes and do everything you can to help make our dreams come true! I highly recommend her services!

Disney fans here! This was the first time for us going to Walt Disney World and even though we know the ins and outs of Disneyland (CA), WDW was a bit overwhelming, and we wanted to plan it right! Enter Elisa. With her extensive knowledge and experience, she helped us plan the perfect trip. From arranging the hotel, getting our park tickets, to hotel/airport transfers, to timely notifying us of important dates for restaurant reservations, Elisa was on it!! Because everything went smoothly, and without any worries, we were able to so much fun! We truly had the best time! I am so happy I turned to her to help us plan this magical honeymoon.

Elisa is amazing! She assisted us with our trip from booking our hotel rooms to booking all the theme parks. We went Anaheim (Disneyland and California Adventures), to Las Angeles (Universal Studios) to San Diego (Legoland and Beaches). Her expertise and recommendations were on point and wouldn't have been able to do it all without her! Can't wait to plan our next trip with her!

What a magical trip to France! This was our first trip to Europe, and we needed some help. Elisa made fabulous recommendations and suggestions on what excursions and tours to take, and how to have fun! She made sure to take my ideas and provide options- such as a private photographer and a photo shoot at the Eiffel Tower, and champagne with a show at the Moulin Rouge! Are you traveling in an area you don’t know well and might be nervous about it? Don’t worry! Elisa booked our private transportation that picked us up from our lavish hotels, all booked by Elisa based on our taste and style. We felt safe, comfortable, and spoiled. The price can’t be beaten for this deluxe experience. We have already referred Elisa to friends and family. We will be back for another adventure! Elisa is a MUST to make your vacation dreams come true.

Exceptional service, we could not be happier with the care and attention to detail we got from Elisa as our agent! Very grateful

She is amazing always ready to help and guide you. Answer all questions and takes care to alleviate any and all concerns

Elisa was AWESOME. We get very frustrated with things that are out of the ordinary and she was always there to help us. I actually hated being a PAIN, but she was great about all of our questions.

Elisa was great to work with! She was very helpful, available.

I don’t think there will be another trip that will top our African Safari trip! All the trip details were taken care of and top-notch. Highly recommend booking your trip to Africa!!

Thanks to Elisa’s wonderful attention to detail, we were able to fulfill the dream trip of our lives.

I had a different idea of what TravelAgent services were when I started, but once that was cleared up then Elisa was great about answering questions for our trip, finalizing the trip with the vendor, and providing general knowledge of the trip itself. I ultimately could have put the trip together myself but it would have been a lot more work and second-guessing on my part and Elisa helped navigate those unknown areas for us. She was also quick to respond via email, even when she was on vacation, which is much appreciated.

My husband and I planned our recent cruise to Alaska with Elisa from Dreamworld Vacation Concierge. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, made the process smooth, seamless, and stress free! Once we chose our destination of Alaska, Elisa handled everything from flights, to transport from the airport, accommodations and even activities and excursions. Everything was on one itinerary that we were able to print out and take with us, and included detailed descriptions and instructions. The hotels we stayed in Seattle, amenities and service were amazing, so was the cruise and the food was over the top phenomenal!
We were pleasantly surprised by just how easy the entire process was. We will definitely be planning future vacations with Elisa Espinosa, with Dreamworld Vacation Concierge!

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Elisa Espinoza as my travel coordinator, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial planning stages to the execution of the trip, every aspect was handled with professionalism and care. Elisa exhibited a remarkable level of expertise in crafting the perfect itinerary tailored to my preferences and budget. She took the time to understand my travel goals and preferences. Communication throughout the entire process was seamless. Elisa was always readily available to address any questions or concerns I had, and her prompt responses instilled confidence in her ability to manage the trip effectively.

During the trip itself, everything went off without a hitch. From accommodations to transportation arrangements, every detail was meticulously planned, allowing me to relax and fully immerse myself in the travel experience.

I have always booked my own travel arrangements and never felt the need for a travel agent. When I decided to book an expensive luxury cruise this year, however, I decided to utilize the services of a travel agent who had a relationship with the cruise line.

From my first conversation with Elisa, it was apparent that she was highly knowledgeable and would be a valuable ally as we planned our vacation together.

?I have always been meticulous about every detail when planning my own vacations, and I confess to being a high-maintenance client. Elisa is a perfect match for me because she shares my attention to detail and desire to get everything “just right.”

Elisa responded immediately to any requests before, during, and after our vacation. She was proactive in monitoring our itinerary and keeping us advised of changes to the itinerary.

I enthusiastically endorse Elisa. Beyond a mere travel agent, she is genuinely a “Vacation Concierge”!

Elisa is short from amazing! She's very responsive and attentive to all details you provide her regarding how you'd like your trip to be. She made sure my 30th birthday trip to Greece was as amazing as I wanted it to be. All the hotels she booked for us were amazing, had great staff and some amazing views! We had some fun excursions as well. Had a super amazing experience with her and everything ran super smoothly while traveling. I'd use her again in a heart beat and would recommend to anyone who wants to use a travel agent for their next trip.

It took 4 years of planning and changing for us to really go to Disney World, because of the planning year and then COVID! Elisa was TERRIFIC through it all! She never seemed upset about our decision to push our trip out to the next year or change the reservations. Elisa always took my calls, even when she was on a trip to Asia!!!! This has been a WONDERFUL experience!!!!

Elissa is so helpful, a good listener, and quick to respond to questions and suggestions, She worked within the budget we gave her and provided some great suggestions of places we should see. Elisa's third-party vendor made a major mistake in booking our hotel using my minor grandchild's name. This caused us to be unable to check into our hotel. When we called her from London (an 8-hour time difference) to tell her we needed help she got on it and resolved the problem as fast as possible. I am working with Elisa on a future trip and know I can trust her to "dot all the i's and cross all the t's." In part, what separates Elisa from others is that she not only books a trip, but she follows up during the trip, and after to make sure all is going well.

Excellent job!!!

I appreciate all the care that Elisa provided to our trip planning process and all the way through out the trip. We were first time customers who had no idea where to begin and Elisa provided multiple options to help fill our needs. If things needed to be changed she was quick to provide alternative options or changes. I loved our package, it created the right balance of planned experiences and some down time for self exploration and rest. Thank you Elisa for making my first travel experience an amazing memory! I look forward to planning my next travel exploration with you in the future!

Elisa is an expert travel agent and responds to questions in a very efficient time frame. She was able to lead us through our travel experience flawlessly and without any hassles. We had multiple connections during our travel and everything was provided to us in a timely manner without worrying about what to do next. I would recommend her as your travel agent without hesitation.

Elisa is hands down, the reason we had such an incredible time in Ireland and London. She listened to every single thing we asked for, gave that to us, and THEN SOME! From the time we signed on to her, to the time we got home from the trip, everything was so easy and so prepared--so well that we said numerous times throughout the trip, "What would we have done without Elisa?". Thank you, Elisa, for giving us a trip of a lifetime. Our highlights were: Cliffs of Moher, the Harry Potter Studio Tour, and exploring Stonehenge and Bath. Another major positive of the trip was all of the taxi drivers and tour guides we had--THANK YOU for booking such reliable and kind companies. They really made our trip!

For any potential clients of Elisa--BOOK WITH HER! You will not regret it. I will be coming back to her for our next big vacation! We cannot thank you and your company enough. Thank you thank you thank you!

Elisa was amazing! She was so incredibly helpful and was able to quickly answer any questions I had. I was traveling with my two best friends and did not want to rent a car. Elisa was able to provide transfers to and from the airport, and provide amazing excursions, which allowed us to see some of the sites that were outside of the cities we were staying in. She used her own travel experiences as a reference for places to stay, tours to go on, and sites to see. The amount of detail she put into our "day by day" itinerary was so helpful and made it very easy to access while we were abroad. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends or family!

Elisa was exceptionally attentive to planning my three-week Portugal trip in real-time, sometimes less than 24 hours before a hotel or execursion booking. After our initial call of understanding my tastes and preferences for travel, she was able to source the best hotel recommendations, in tandem with a few restaurant options. Elisa is quick to respond, and goes to exentensive lengths to ensure your trip runs as smoothly as possible. In another instance, I decided to fly to the Azores Islands and notified Elisa less than 48 hours before the flight. Not only did she find the cutest boutique hotel in historic center city of Ponta Delgada, she offered a three detailed itinerary options for my trip.
Elisa will continue tobe my go-to person for travel and I commend her joy and effort to making travel a joyful and seamless experience.

Elisa was excellent with arranging reservations and emailing/calling promptly. If she didn't know the answer she got back to us quickly. She was always willing to help, but did not overstep boundaries.

Elisa was great! We had a group of 14 which included an addition right before dining reservations were made (like legit the night before!) and making adjustments went smoothly with her help! We had 4 room reservations and while we were together as a group we also had separate plans. She helped make planning easy for us!

She was phenomenal! I am very OCD and a perfectionist so I was constantly contacting her about this, that, and the other. She always addressed my needs and never once acted like it was a chore to deal with me. She made the planning much less stressful and helped us make memories we will look back on and cherish for a lifetime.

Very helpful with our vacation of a lifetime

Great to work with and coordinated everything requested

Elisa was responsive and patient with all of my questions. She made the entire planning process so easy. This was a bucket list trip to complete the Fairy Tale Challenge during the Princess Half Marathon weekend. We loved how Elisa checked in with us and seemed to be just as excited as we were about this trip of a lifetime!

Mrs Espinoza was receptive, punctual and was willing to work with our schedule during exchanges of information between us.

ELISA was a great person to work with. She did what I asked for and more I rate her a 5. The best!!

Elisa was excellent! She is very thorough and made the planning process seamless.

She is excellent! Always available when you need her and responds back to texts/phone calls quickly with a very helpful attitude. Very helpful in all areas when help was asked for. Even on my vacation, I called her with a question and she cleared up my problem right away. Very knowledgeable concerning Walt Disney World and Universal Studios (amongst other things!). We were given tips and suggestions that we followed from her that made our vacation very memorable. We will be using her services again in the future and look forward to planning another vacation with her. I would highly recommend her to help anyone who is planning a Walt Disney World Vacation!

Very Helpful and Knowledgeable…

Elisa was a pleasure to work with and answered any questions I had. The trip was amazing! Originally we wanted to go to Hawaii but it was expensive, Elisa suggested to take a Viking cruise to Europe instead for cheaper which was a shock but so glad she suggested that.

Elisa was so Great.
I emailed her to see if it was possible to make our dream of traveling to Walt Disney World come true. I gave her my budget and she send me the proposal fast. She guided me of what to do, was ready to answer any question, helped me with everything. The resort was beautiful we had a wonderful time. The schedule and reservations to visit each park were perfect. Everything was reserved for us. If I had any doubts she replied to me fast. I would recommend her service to anyone and I know she would do perfect. I am so happy she was our planner I'll miss her. We enjoyed each park so much!I can't wait to plan my next vacations!

Elisa is always super helpful, whether it's before our trip while investigating plans or during our trip when we need help with something else, she is always available!! Will continue to use Elisa for all future trips!

Fantastic service from start to beginning! Any changes or questions we had were met with urgency and the utmost professionalism! More than that though, she is truly fun to work with and cares that you get the best out of your travel experience!

What a great experience, we took a large group on a cruise and Elisa held our hands and walked us through the entire vacation. We were well informed and well-equipped for this wonderful adventure. Thank you so much Elisa, we will be seeing you again I’m sure??

We had a lot of questions and she was very attentive! We were given and booked lots of recommendations that we loved. One if the easiest trips for going a place we had never been before

Excellent!

She is amazing. She is definitely more than just a travel agent. Really helped me and my family get a good price for our trip in May and with that, we were able to enjoy out time at Disney world!!!

Elisa went out of her way, before our Magic Kingdom vacation, to ensure that I was comfortable with the process. The vacation was a dream for my 4-year-old great granddaughter!

Amazing customer service start to end! Elisa helped my husband and I plan a cruise tomAlaska with my mom and stepdad! She really took the time to aid them through the booking process and made our trip so special! Look no further for a personalized caring agent to help make memories of a lifetime! She is forever “our person”! Next up Disney cruise!

Elisa was so helpful. She made many great suggestions

Elisa is excellent!! I almost felt like a family member was helping us with our trip. She was fantastic! We were a large party of 13 and had many questions and price quotes. She was prompt responding to us almost immediately and very patient and always looked for the best deal for us. I am grateful that Elisa was working with us. Thank you Elisa. I would highly recommend!

Elisa made the vacation worry free. She was at our every call. Highly recommend ??

Elisa was wonderful to work with and really helped us when we had to reschedule. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation!

Elisa helped us plan our best trip ever to Walt Disney World. We had planned a 10 day trip which was perfect. She listened to what we wanted and made it possible. We could take our time and visit each of the parks taking our time to enjoy. We stayed at the Boardwalk Inn and the convenience to Epcot and Disney Hollywood Studios was great. Thank you Elisa Espinoza!

Elisa is such an amazing Disney planner! She helped us plan a great trip and encouraged us to eat at the character meals, which were perfect for us and I'm so glad she did. She is quick to respond and helpful with any request we had. Thanks so much for all the help and we'll continue to use you for our next Disney trip.

Elisa was a pleasure to work with on booking our Disney vacation. She got everything setup for our family quickly and efficiently. One of the things I really appreciated was that she made sure when setting up the reservation that she booked everything as I requested with all of my personal preferences and upon arrival everything went smooth.

Elisa, was so thoughtful and kind all we had to do is ask for something and she would make it happen. She made this trip so easy , I will be telling friends about her and the wonderful vacation she planned for us.

Elisa was very hands on and responded to every question I had. We had major changes that took place and she was very competent in handling it for us. She was very kind and compassionate. I am very thankful we had her!

Elisa was the glue that made our trip seamless. She immediately addressed any issues we had with a smile my I say, meaning she never made me feel like a bother. She did a great job and never had to contact more than once to resolve any issues. She was informative, keeping us update on any issue prior to the trip.

She took care of everything allowing me to enjoy my trip more.

Elisa is a sweetheart, who had our best interests at heart, as she helped us create a wonderful trip. We stayed at two different hotels and my family loved the experience. She gave us helpful hints so we could maximize our time. I'd work with her again!

Elisa was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. Would not have been able to plan this trip without her help!

She was excellent with answering any and all questions and always super quick to get back to us. We had no issues at all and planning our trip was very smooth. She made sure to check on us during our trip and asked how everything was going. We plan to have her help with our next trip too! Honestly, it was the best vacation I’ve ever been on!

Elisa was with me every step of the way! She was always available and took her time with me do that everything was perfect. We loved all of her suggestions and we got reservations at Cinderella's Royal Table! When we checked in and my dining plan was not linked to my magic band, she was reachable by phone immediately and worked very hard to inform the Disney staff of my plans. She was available again early next morning to speak with the front desk staff to assist with getting our dining plan linked with my magic band. It was because of her that the glitch was fixed by late morning and we could start using our magic bands for our meals-and the rest of the trip was fantastic and perfect! My husband loved the meal plan and will do it again when we go back. We loved meeting Elisa on our vacation and look forward to making more memories with her help. She is excellent and makes Disney magic happen! We are so thankful to have her in our vacation lives...we need more Elisas in the world!

I found Elisa to be very attentive to our travel needs and details. She quickly responded to our questions and requests. It is rare to find such high levels of personalized service these days. You can be assured you will be in the best hands when attending to your travel needs with Elisa.

We had a magical time. Elisa eas wonderful! She responded toevery question quickly.

Elisa was very helpful and kind, and she answered all of our questions. She definitely helped a lot so that we had the best vacation at Disney World!

Prompt response, kind, detailed and willing to help when needed.

Elisa was with me every step of the way to help me through my first cruise. With it being my first cruise there was a lot I dint know or understand but she was there to explain. I could contact her at different times of the day and she was always there to answer my questions in a timely manner. She even met us at the harbor to see us off and on our way to “The best Disney Cruise in the Universe” I enjoyed her services so much that we are planning the next Disney Cruise with her AND I’ve already referred at least 5 other friends to her to help with their Disney Cruises.

Elisa is a wonderful solver of travel problems! She comes through every time!

The planning of this vacation was pretty much worry free. Elisa was there for our every need.

When she takes you on as a client, you don't feel like she is your travel agent. She feels like a friend helping you get through the stress of planning a vacation. Even with that feeling, she ws alwaus prompt with a reply when you have a question, quick with reminders of important dates, and went to bat for us for little things we were looking for with our vacation. As someone who works where customer service always counts, she is the perfect example of that and what you woupd want in a travel agent!

Elisa did a fantastic job helping me book hotel room, getting a direct flight to my destination, obtaining passes to events. She answered so many of my questions & made the trip go so smoothly. I would definitely use her services again !

Really honest and nice person

Elisa has been like the fairy godmother (Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo) helped with all the details from start to end!
