The most perfectly planned vacation!!

I was looking for someone to help plan my wife and I’s 10th anniversary and her birthday trip to Paris/Switzerland. Brenda was recommended to me by a friend. Brenda took the time to get to know our likes and dislikes, and helped build the best vacation we’ve taken. Everything from researching, communication and planning was perfect. She was always available during the trip in the event something went wrong. She was not needed, as everything went perfectly. I will not hesitate to use Brenda again and I will tell everyone I know that’s planning a trip, to give her a chance.

Brenda was the most helpful, professional, patient and accommodating travel agent I have ever used.. right from the start, the initial booking, the confirmation, information on travel requirements, keeping us posted on flight delays. You name it and she either called, texted or emailed us. She was on top of every aspect of our trip, even tracked our return flight and welcomed us home. She truly was amazing. I would recommend Brenda without hesitation and I will most certainly use her for all of my future travels.

I'm so glad I booked my cruise with Brenda. It was uch a time saver having her handle everything for me and my family. The best part for me however; I had an issue that came up during my cruise. I texted her and she immediately went to work to make things right. She advised me to go on with my day since we had a shore excursion planned and by the time we got back to the ship it was all fixed. Had I not booked with her who knows how long it would have taken me to fix things. The fact that I didn't miss a single minute of my vacation to sort through an issue solidified the fact that I will never plan a trip on my own again. She earned a client for life.

Brenda was amazing throughout the entire process! After having issues with our previous agent, we were a bit hesitant to try someone new—but we’re so glad we did. Brenda kept us constantly updated and was always available to help when needed. It was such a breath of fresh air! At one point, we made a change to our reservation, and she reached out almost immediately to confirm it was us—that kind of attentiveness meant a lot.
