I'm so glad I booked my cruise with Brenda. It was uch a time saver having her handle everything for me and my family. The best part for me however; I had an issue that came up during my cruise. I texted her and she immediately went to work to make things right. She advised me to go on with my day since we had a shore excursion planned and by the time we got back to the ship it was all fixed. Had I not booked with her who knows how long it would have taken me to fix things. The fact that I didn't miss a single minute of my vacation to sort through an issue solidified the fact that I will never plan a trip on my own again. She earned a client for life.

I love cruising and Bink suggested Virgin Voyages to me. I was sold once she shared everything about the ship and I am so thankful I took her suggestion. She booked the trip for us and gave tips that made our cruise the most memorable one yet!

Brenda is great to work with! She has helped with numerous travel occasions. She responds very promptly to requests and has helped to make wonderful vacation plans to Savannah GA, Orlando, FL, Clearwater Beach,FL. She takes the guesswork out of traveling.

Her attention to detail and ability to help in a pinch was great.

We knew when we started discussing our hopes for a very special cruise with Brenda that she was just who we needed to help us sort out all the different options. When she heard what things are important to us when we travel she quickly guided us to Virgin! As adults with no small kids, foodies who have very special tastes and being a couple that enjoys a more all inclusive trip this was absolutely the best choice for us! Brenda knows her cruises and cruise lines, and the way she can describe the wonderful things you'll get to experience you will definitely get excited and her client focused, high level of service is above expectations!

Brenda listened to everything we wanted to do, where we wanted to go and made sure every detail was perfectly planned. She was available 24/7 to answer questions and ensure we were having the trip of a life time. Would recommend her 10000000 times and will use her for all of our trips!

We had a wonderful experience and vacation exploring NC. Brenda was so helpful and provided us with plenty of options for cabins within our budget and kept our wishlist close by to make sure the cabin had all that we desired. A W/D, fireplace, firepit and jacuzzi! Brenda also helped with local suggestions for things to do and places to explore. When we pulled up at the cabin on rhe first night, I had a mini panic attack because I couldn't figure out which cabin was ours and she picked up the phone after-hours!! Thank you Brenda for all you do!

Loved the Outwest vibe!!!! Brenda checked off every box we asked for. And went beyond for us adding small picks to enhance our time and adventures. Would recommend her to anyone!!!!

Brenda went above and beyond to ensure my trip to Ireland was a success. She secured our many expeditions and even helped me navigate some unexpected travel delays. Her attention to detail and personalized service were truly appreciated!

I was incredibly impressed with Brenda's professionalism and expertise. She listened carefully to my travel preferences and budget, and then presented me with several excellent options. She was always available to answer my questions and provided valuable insights throughout the planning process. Thanks to Brenda, my Virgin Voyages cruise was truly unforgettable.

Brenda goes above and beyond to ensure the small details are handled. I trust her to make sure my trip is well thought out and includes everything that is important to my family when traveling.

Brenda was very quick to respond to all of my requests! I found her to be very friendly and informative. I am extremely satisfied with her services 😊

She handled everything for me. Worry free travel from now on!

Brenda has been very attentive to all of our requests and has answered any questions we have had regarding our trip. This is my first experience with a travel agent, and the entire process has been out of sight, out of mind. Brenda has handled everything for us and let us know when to sign what documents, found answers to our questions, and made the process of booking our travel much smoother than booking ourselves.

Brenda was caring, kind and professional throughout the process of booking our cruise. From finding the best options to post-cruise followup, Brenda was wonderful. Highly recommend!
