Cruise Specialist

I haven't used an agent in decades, so as I solicited Kim's services, I was hesitant. I can certainly say she will be booking all of my future cruises. I wonderful experience with Kim and she is detail oriented to the little things.

Kim is the absolute best! We have used her to help with multiple vacations in the past, and she truly went above and beyond for our recent Alaskan cruise. She sent us special bracelets for our Princess medallions as well as clear plastic luggage tags for our suitcases. She also had special chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our stateroom to welcome us on the cruise. In addition to all of that, she checked in with us regularly to make sure our travel was going smoothly, and she was always ready to help us if we had any questions or wanted to enhance our trip in any way. We love Kim!!!!

Kim was absolutely fantastic from day one. We have used her in the past for other cruises and it's why this trip was even easier to plan that I could've ever imagined. Kim helped us by picking out MULTIPLE cruise options during the dates we gave her and we ultimately chose Allure of the Seas. Royal Caribbean is our favorite cruise line and this trip solidified that even more for us. We enjoyed Nassau, Jamaica, and CocoCay in our balcony room on deck 8 where Kim had chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us upon our arrival on the ship! Even before left Kim helped with excursion questions, entertainment information, onboard services, and more. We felt prepared to have the time of our lives and WE DID all thanks to KIM! We can't wait for our next adventure. Thanks so so so much for all you do for us!
