My family and I (a group of 10, including a new baby and an 18-month-old) recently took an unforgettable trip to Disney World, and we couldn’t have done it without Liz! From start to finish, she was absolutely wonderful to work with. Liz was incredibly responsive — always quick to answer every question (and there were a lot!) with patience, kindness, and helpful details. She made planning a big family trip feel so easy and stress-free. Every part of the vacation went smoothly, and we truly had the most amazing time. Even my dad said this was one of the best trips we’ve ever taken — and that’s saying something! We will absolutely be using Liz again for future vacations and recommend her to anyone planning a Disney trip or any other travel adventure. I wanted to take my wife on a surprise cruise for her birthday. I have never been and didn’t even know where to start. Liz helped me from start to finish. With my busy work schedule I needed someone to guide me in the right direction and help me with process. She literally walked me through the entire procedure, informed me of a ton of different options, and also offered some of her expert opinions. Once we got all the details and plans together I placed everything in her hands. I was NOT let down. Not only did my wife have the time of her life, but I also had an amazing time. It was a great experience. Liz even gave them a heads up about her birthday because when we came back to our room they had “Happy Birthday” all around and with special towel folds. It was amazing. Now we’re going to have to do this more often. Liz will be my agent taking care of me going forward. I highly recommend her. She made everything smooth and easy, calmed any doubts or fears I had, and made this the most memorable experience for my wife and I. Thanks Liz, everything was wonderful!

My husband and I booked our honeymoon with Liz. We had the best experience! Liz was available for questions, she provided recommendations, and gave us great information. Liz helped us rebook our room category without issue, and she took all of my requests and passed them onto Sandals. We went on our honeymoon 4 months after we got married, and normally Sandals doesn’t give the honeymoon benefits after 30 days. But Liz was able to make sure that we got our champagne, dessert, and breakfast in bed! I am definitely going back to Liz the next time I am looking to plan another trip!

Liz planned the best trip for us to Breathless Riviera Cancun in Mexico! We were celebrating our anniversary, and she had the resort decorate our room for the occasion. She also worked with the resort to get us a future travel credit after I told her there was some noisy construction during our stay. Couldn’t recommend her services more. Liz did a fabulous job helping us research the various all-inclusive properties. She asked what was important to us to help us decide the property that was best for us. Even after we booked, Liz was extremely helpful answering our last minute questions.

Liz was super helpful with planning and obtaining the special event tickets for Mickey’s not so scary halloween party and lightning lane passes! Everything was planned perfectly so we had time to get to all our must see and do rides and shows. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

From beginning to end, she insured a seamless trip for all 5 of us. From check-in to check-out, it was nothing but a great experience. Thanks to her knowledge, we were able to book a spot at Oga’s Cantina at Galaxy’s Edge in advanced. Once the trip came around, it was just a matter of showing our reservation at the door and waiting to be seated. Liz even taught us how to use the lightning lanes to our benefit so that we’d be able to get on as many rides as possible!
