My family and I (a group of 10, including a new baby and an 18-month-old) recently took an unforgettable trip to Disney World, and we couldn’t have done it without Liz! From start to finish, she was absolutely wonderful to work with. I wanted to take my wife on a surprise cruise for her birthday. I have never been and didn’t even know where to start. Liz helped me from start to finish. With my busy work schedule I needed someone to guide me in the right direction and help me with process. She literally walked me through the entire procedure, informed me of a ton of different options, and also offered some of her expert opinions. Once we got all the details and plans together I placed everything in her hands. I was NOT let down. Not only did my wife have the time of her life, but I also had an amazing time. It was a great experience. Liz even gave them a heads up about her birthday because when we came back to our room they had “Happy Birthday” all around and with special towel folds. It was amazing. Now we’re going to have to do this more often. Liz will be my agent taking care of me going forward. I highly recommend her. My husband and I booked our honeymoon with Liz. We had the best experience! Liz was available for questions, she provided recommendations, and gave us great information. Liz helped us rebook our room category without issue, and she took all of my requests and passed them onto Sandals. We went on our honeymoon 4 months after we got married, and normally Sandals doesn’t give the honeymoon benefits after 30 days. But Liz was able to make sure that we got our champagne, dessert, and breakfast in bed! I am definitely going back to Liz the next time I am looking to plan another trip!
