We had an wonderful experience with Brooke Harrington planning our amazing trip to St Lucia in December 2023. She did a great job making sure we were able to have a great vacation and relax as well having a private excursion with a great local guide.

We had issues coming home with airline delays and Brooke went above and beyond to give us great information to help the process easier and way less stressful. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to really have a stress free vacation.

Brooke and her team did such a fantastic job planning our Disney World/Universal trip of a lifetime. Throughout the process, they sent helpful tips about lightening lane, dining recommendations, and how to navigate transportation. They booked our VIP group tour at Universal. Brooke helped me plan my honeymoon trip and she was EXCELLENT! Being a skeptic of many things when spending thousands of dollars, I searched for - and kinda used - multiple travel agents. Brooke was by far the best. To explain in detail, Brooke: - Gave multiple recommendations. based on our preferences, for places within my budget - Gave reasons for each choice, including safety, popularity, quiet vs. party-focused resorts, etc - Was willing to answer all my questions - Was able to switch which airline we used (because I don't like one) - Set up PRIVATE transportation for us (to go from the airport to the resort, and back to the airport) - Had multiple excursion options available at ~50% the price of the same excursions at the resort - Had automatic emails set up to notify us of flight delays - Sent multiple emails regarding tips for the trip, packing lists, and travel requirements for the country we went to Brooke was seriously amazing. I was probably one of the more picky clients a travel agent could have (because I saved for this trip for a LONG time) and she never complained or made me feel like I was asking too much. Brooke is a 10/10 travel agent - I could not recommend her enough. Thank you so much, Brooke!!!

This was our THIRD Disney cruise that Brooke at Harrington Travel booked for us and it was nothing short of AMAZING! We cruised to Alaska, but had to embark on Canada. She made sure we had everything we needed taken care of for international travel. She dealt with any little change we needed to make throughout the planning process and made excellent suggestions for where to splurge and where to save our money. If I could give Harrington travel 10 stars I would. So far Brooke has planned 4 cruises total and probably 5 or 6 trips to Disney World. You won’t find anyone better.

The food was great and service was wonderful. Only negative was not much night life after 10:00pm. Our excursions were fantastic. Without Brooke our honeymoon would have been chaos!!! I didn’t lift a finger planning the BEST TRIP OF MY LIFE!! She helped take care of EVERYTHING so I was able to focus on wedding planning and coordinating our wedding weekend… we left on our flight and I needed clarification on our transportation, she had it ALL COVERED and responded immediately!! She was available throughout our entire trip (while on her own family vacation) whenever we had questions or needed anything!!! Truly a wonderful travel agent and human. Brooke Harrington planned our Disney cruise, booked a hotel for us to stay in the night before the cruise, and booked ground transportation for us. Everything went perfectly! Without her knowledge and expertise, our trip would not have been as magically planned out and we would not have been able to experience as much as we did. I am not a planner- and I definitely NEEDED to have someone like Brooke to help out. She knew every detail to look for and plan for. Brooke is the best!

Brooke made our trip to Disney World easy and stress free. She was available for questions anytime, but with everything planned out before we left, we didn’t have many! Brooke is so AMAZING! The logistics and effort it takes to plan ANY vacation can be confusing and tedious, planning a Disney vacation even more so. With Brooke, the planning phase was extremely simple and such a breeze! From booking the rooms, to reserving character dining in the early morning hours, and even booking special boutique sessions for my daughter, the entire vacation was better than I could have ever imagined!
