Brooke and her team did such a fantastic job planning our Disney World/Universal trip of a lifetime. To explain in detail, Brooke: - Gave multiple recommendations. based on our preferences, for places within my budget - Gave reasons for each choice, including safety, popularity, quiet vs. party-focused resorts, etc - Was willing to answer all my questions - Was able to switch which airline we used (because I don't like one) - Set up PRIVATE transportation for us (to go from the airport to the resort, and back to the airport) - Had multiple excursion options available at ~50% the price of the same excursions at the resort - Had automatic emails set up to notify us of flight delays - Sent multiple emails regarding tips for the trip, packing lists, and travel requirements for the country we went to Brooke was seriously amazing. I was probably one of the more picky clients a travel agent could have (because I saved for this trip for a LONG time) and she never complained or made me feel like I was asking too much. This was our THIRD Disney cruise that Brooke at Harrington Travel booked for us and it was nothing short of AMAZING! We cruised to Alaska, but had to embark on Canada. Without Brooke our honeymoon would have been chaos!!! I didn’t lift a finger planning the BEST TRIP OF MY LIFE!!
