Thank you Taylor Cullum for all you help with our Disneyworld/Universal vacation! You’re detail oriented & you anticipated our every need. Thus, our vacation went smoothly despite the heat. We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Floridian. We’re glad to be assigned adjoining clean & wonderful rooms. The hotel is truly grand & beautiful! The staff are nice & helpful. I like that the hotel is accessible by monorail, bus, & boat. The best part is that the Magic Kingdom’s fireworks can be viewed from the hotel’s dock. Gasparilla Island Grill has good quick food service. Jikos at Animal Kingdom Lodge is my most favorite restaurant, followed Tropolino’s at the Riviera Resort. Magic Kingdom is my favorite theme park especially because of the fireworks. All the best!

Taylor was with us from the start to the end . Even until we were already in our hotel, transportation, dinner planning, and lightning passes. She made sure that our experiences enjoyable.

Taylor helped me coordinate with an existing trip that had been planned by extended family. She was able to get me a stateroom across from my family. Got me into the early seating for dinner with my family when it wasn’t available. She helped me with logistics and talked me off a ledge when we had a last minute problem with my daughter’s travel documents. She is patient, kind and responsive. I look forward to working with her again when I plan my next trip as a surprise holiday gift for my daughters and their significant others. She somehow juggles all of this while being a mom to 3 little ones. I will enthusiastically recommend her to anyone planning a trip.
