Taylor helped me coordinate with an existing trip that had been planned by extended family. She was able to get me a stateroom across from my family. Got me into the early seating for dinner with my family when it wasn’t available. She helped me with logistics and talked me off a ledge when we had a last minute problem with my daughter’s travel documents. She is patient, kind and responsive. I look forward to working with her again when I plan my next trip as a surprise holiday gift for my daughters and their significant others.
