She planned everything for my family with incredible attention to detail booking our hotel, scheduling multiple park days, helping us choose different parks, securing Lightning Passes, and explaining rides so we knew exactly what to expect. Every step felt seamless and completely stress-free. What really set Hailey apart was her availability and care. She was always just a text away and answered every single question we had even while we were in the parks. At one point, she noticed we hadn’t checked in yet because she was going to wait to add something to our que so we did not have it, yet another amazing thing she did! And reached out to make sure we were okay. That kind of attentiveness and genuine concern meant so much to us. She went above and beyond by securing us seats for a show while we were already in Disneyland, booking it in real time so we didn’t have to wait in line or deal with the queue at all. It honestly felt like having our own personal Disney concierge. Hailey is extremely polite, punctual, organized, and truly brings the Disney magic to life. Because of her, we were able to relax, enjoy our family time, and focus on making memories instead of worrying about logistics. Hailey was a huge help with the newest tech to help us older people with our trip. From the App to the MagicBands. She helped with a room upgrade to get us a spectacular view on the lush gardens at the Disneyland Hotel. We highly recommend her if you're heading to Disneyland. Keep the magic alive!

We just got back from our first trip to Disneyland and California Adventure and we were able to have a great trip with all of Hailey’s support and planning. She went above and beyond reaching out and helping us reschedule our entire trip a month out because I got pneumonia days before our original trip. I didn’t even realize that was an option with the packages we booked. For our days in Disney she gave so many helpful tips from lighting lane, to food, to booking special event reservations, and helped us figure out/manage a schedule that worked for us. She also checked in with us while we were on our trip and answered questions when something came up. This really helped alleviate stress knowing I had someone I could ask especially with it being our first Disneyland trip and first time using lighting lane and booking meals and events. She did a great job and we would definitely recommend booking with her!
