Hailey was an absolute dream to work with and truly made our Disneyland trip magical from start to finish. She planned everything for my family with incredible attention to detail booking our hotel, scheduling multiple park days, helping us choose different parks, securing Lightning Passes, and explaining rides so we knew exactly what to expect. Every step felt seamless and completely stress-free. What really set Hailey apart was her availability and care. She was always just a text away and answered every single question we had even while we were in the parks. At one point, she noticed we hadn’t checked in yet because she was going to wait to add something to our que so we did not have it, yet another amazing thing she did! And reached out to make sure we were okay. That kind of attentiveness and genuine concern meant so much to us. She went above and beyond by securing us seats for a show while we were already in Disneyland, booking it in real time so we didn’t have to wait in line or deal with the queue at all. It honestly felt like having our own personal Disney concierge. Hailey is extremely polite, punctual, organized, and truly brings the Disney magic to life. Because of her, we were able to relax, enjoy our family time, and focus on making memories instead of worrying about logistics. If you’re planning a Disney trip and want it to be smooth, magical, and unforgettable, Hailey is the travel planner you need. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is amazing at what she does, and we will absolutely be using her again.

I normally plan any family vacations and it can be so stressful having to look for hotels, deals, tickets for plans we want to do. Then having to deal with any hiccups if things change or don’t go as planned once we get to where we are going. It makes the family vacation not as fun after a while.
