Elite Cruise Counselor

As an Elite Cruise Counselor, I have been cruising since 1986, and have been the Manager of our The Cruise Planner, LLC since 1998.  I absolutely treasure the experiences of working with all types of people from all walks of life.  Retirees have the time and the means to travel but need to choose their travels and tours wisely.  I understand, just because someone may be able to afford a trip, the trip must also have the value associated with the cost and it is my job to explain and ensure the value is there.

I personally have traveled with all ages of travelers from seniors to infants.  I truly love to hear the stories from my clients when they returned from their trip and the excitement in their voice telling me all about their experiences such as:

• swimming with dolphins
• snorkeling with sea turtles
• visiting the most beautiful beaches in the world
• seeing the Vatican or Sistine Chapel
• visiting the Cliffs of Mohr in Ireland
• exploring the Rain Forest in Costa Rica

In my travels, I have visited 12 Caribbean Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, and Costa Rica, 25 Cities in Europe, from Ireland, to London (UK), to the Baltic Capitals, the Amalfi Coast and Hong Kong.  Once I make it to Australia I will be able to say, "I have traveled around the world."

Traveling with families and teenagers is a true delight.  We did a group trip to Ireland using CIE Tours, and had 5 teenagers on a Motor coach with clients in their 70’s+.  The jokes that were told and the antics of the kids kept us in stiches the entire trip. 

I love group travel, the largest of our groups was 105 guests, the average group I work with is 30-40 guests.  It gives a great sense of pride and accomplishment, when all the hours and hard work results in happy travelers!
