Hello and welcome to my travel page- World Traveler Adventures! My name is Michele Burachio. I am a mom of 4 daughters and have been married for 32 years. I am the wife of a retired Air Force Officer and loved our time serving this great country we call home. I am an avid traveler, and my wanderlust for exploring our AMAZING world has taken me to 6 Continents, 17 Countries, and 37 US States. I would love to share my travel experiences with you as we plan YOUR unique Travel Adventures!

Italy is my favorite European Country, and I have been blessed to travel there 8 times so far with my family and loved ones. The history, the amazing art, the delicious food and wine, and the hospitality of the Italian people continually call me back to Italy. I joke with my Italian husband that I think i am more Italian than he is. 

I have also experienced other wonderful travel adventures in other areas of Europe to include: FRANCE (Paris, Nice, Cannes, Marseilles), AUSTRIA (Vienna, Salzburg, Krems, Linz), UNITED KINGDOM (London), HUNGARY (Budapest), SLOVAKIA (Bratislava), GERMANY (Munich, Passau), NETHERLANDS (Amsterdam), BELGIUM (Brussels, Brugges), SWITZERLAND (Lucerne, Zurich), SPAIN (Barcelona), GREECE (Athens, Santorini, Olympia), AFRICA (Morocco0, PORTUGAL (Lisbon, Porto), NORWAY (Oslo), DENMARK (Copenhagen), MONACO, and ITALY (Rome, Florence, Tuscany, Milan, Venice, Bologna, Verona, Lucca, Pisa, Naples, San Gimignano, Sienna, Volterra, the Amalfi Coast, and Sorrento). My love of history, discovering new cuisines, and seeing the great Art Work and Sculptures all around our beautiful world continues to drive my desire to travel and discover even more wonderful destinations.

Since I became an empty nester, exploring Europe through River Cruising has become a new passion of mine! It's amazing to dock right in the city and be able to walk off the ship and explore at your own pace.  The views of Historic castles while sailing the Rhine is an impressive site to behold, and the Danube's views of vineyards and valleys is breathtaking. River Cruising offers so many unique experiences such as Wine Cruises, Tulip Festival Cruises, Christmas Market Cruises, and other themed itineraries. I would love to share my experiences with you while we work together to plan your perfect vacation. 

Traveling to AUSTRALIA (Sydney, Brisbane, Arlie Beach, the Whitsunday Islands) has been another highlight of my  travel adventures. Snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef was a dream come true for me, and I hope to be able to return again some day. Exploring the Rainforest in Cairns, the Royal Botanic Gardens in Melbourne, and sailing the Kimberley Coastline are high on my next travel adventures.

My love of travel has also taken me to Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, and the Caribbean so if relaxing on the beach is more your idea of vacation then i can definitely make those travel dreams come true for you. My love for travel has given me extensive first hand experiences which help me when planning incredible and memorable travel adventures for you and your family.
