Michelle was incredibly helpful when planning our trip. She asked me for some ideas of the type of trip I wanted to do. I had a couple of things I had heard about that I was very interested like the Golden Circle Tour, the Ice Caves, and the Northern Lights, but I did not know which tour company I should book with. Michelle took my suggestions and reserved spots for me and my girlfriend on all three tours I wanted. She also gave me some great ideas for other things to do to fill the time like the Sky Lagoon and a whale watching tour. Those were somethings I probably would have skipped without her help, and they turned out to be two of the more memorable things we did while in Iceland. On top of planning all of our excursions, she took care of our bus to and from the airport and booked us to stay in an amazing hotel that was very affordable. It was very clean, in a great location, and had free breakfast which is really nice when you have early morning trips. She was very attentive and made sure all of our trips went smoothly even though she was in a different time zone in a different country. All of our events went off without a hitch; however, if there were any issues, I have no doubt she would have been ready and capable of fixing them. Our trip to Iceland was one of my favorite trips I have ever taken, and Michelle was integral in making it stress free and incredibly fun.

Michele did an absolutely wonderful job planning my trip. The hotel was in a convenient location in the city, had friendly staff and great service. Every tour my boyfriend and I went on was fun, informative and punctual! We saw waterfalls, rivers, ice caves, black sand beaches and much more. We saw the beauty of Iceland’s scenery and culture with each new experience thanks to her knowledge and research. One of our favorite activities, The Sky Lagoon with the 8 step spa ritual, was marvelous. The view was incredible and we had the most relaxing evening! Michele also gave us restaurant recommendations and made sure to have a clear itinerary with all of our tickets accessible both virtually and in a physical packet, which was so helpful. The experience of using an agent relieved all of the stress that comes with planning travel and added a ton of fun by doing excursions we wouldn’t have otherwise known about. I would use her again to book a vacation in a heartbeat.

We had a fabulous time visiting Italy, France and Greece on our family cruise. Our Travel Advisor, Michele, really helped us find the trip of our dreams. It was a big trip and she did a great job making it come together. It went as planned and we will definitely use her again and recommend her to everyone.

Michele was very approachable and helpful with our group cruise reservations. She responded to emails quickly and made the calls to the cruise company to assist with any issues that needed resolution.

We used Michele at World Traveler Adventures to plan our recent trip to Jamaica. We were celebrating a retirement, and Michele did a wonderful job finding us the perfect location for our celebration. She made the process easy and enjoyable, and worked her magic and surprised us with a room upgrade that made our trip even more special. Michele was fabulous, she planned our flights, hotels, transportation, tours, tickets for our tours and activities and we had free time available to explore on our own. Michele set up our sisters trip to Scotland and it was absolutely amazing!! She fit in everything we were wanting to do and even schedule some time for us to roam around ourselves. Michele put together a fantastic trip for us to Iceland. She organized a Golden Circle tour and other sightseeing in Reykjavik followed by a Virgin Voyages cruise. Iceland was much more amazing than I had even expected. She planned a trip we will remember always. We are grateful for her expertise and effort making our vacation dream come true.
