All Inclusive, Europe, Cruises, and Honeymoons

Ladies trip of 5! The Hotel Tower was amazing! The location was absolutely perfect with walking distance to so many historic sites! Hannah did such a great job from start to finish with our plans. She booked us the hotel, private tour(which we would highly recommend) and the hop on hop off bus! We covered a lot of ground in just 3 days! Thank you Hannah for planning a fabulous trip!!

Many months ago, my travel partner and I began planning a Scandinavian cruise but quickly realized we needed help. Hannah came to us highly recommended and she quickly took the reins. Our trip consisted of 2 nights and 3 days in London and a transfer to Southampton to board the Celebrity APEX ship for a 7 day Norweigian cruise. Hannah arranged all of the transfers and found the perfect hotel in London. We were delighted to find that it was located in the heart of the theater district and within walking distance of restaurants and major landmarks. Hannah recommended several nearby restaurants which were delicious. With her careful planning, we even found time to catch a play! Once we boarded the ship, we had an exciting itinerary. Our cabin was very spacious with a window covering the entire outer wall . This was perfect for viewing the Fjords and waterfalls. Our excursions were amazing! They included quaint seaside villages, waterfalls, scenic mountain tops, as well as Viking villages filled with history. Hannah coordinated our trip without a single hitch! She is extremely responsive and thorough and made the right suggestions for a smooth enjoyable trip. In addition, last January, we had a previously planned trip to Playa Del Carmen fall through. We reached out to Hannah for help finding another hotel on very short notice. She quickly provided several suggestions within our budget and handled the reservations! Thank you Hannah for helping us make the most of our travel adventures! You haven’t seen the last of us!

This was our first trip to Eastern Canada, where we visited Old Montreal and Quebec City. We found communication with Hannah to be very easy. She initially met with us via Zoom to determine our requests and to answer our questions. She listened well and responded within a couple of days with her suggestions, recommendations and an initial itinerary. Hannah was extremely helpful in finding wonderful, top-notch accommodations in each city. They were well situated, with numerous restaurants within walking distance. She arranged our travel that included both air and train reservations. In addition, Hannah offered numerous suggestions for touring options and local sightseeing. We found Hannah to be very quick to respond to our emails. The Tern app was an extremely helpful tool and made it easy to quickly access our itinerary. We will happily call on her services again and recommend her services to others who may be traveling in the near future.

Hannah planned our Alaskan cruise. It was our first cruise and she planned our transports, hotel, cruise package and airline tickets. Since we are not experienced travelers, her planning provided a wonderful “low stress” experience. Hannah’s communication was excellent. She always provided quick responses to our questions.

Our family just returned from an amazing Royal Caribbean cruise, and it exceeded every expectation we had. First, a huge thank you to Hannah. She made the entire process completely stress-free with her incredible attention to detail, organization, and communication. She was always available to answer our questions and made sure everything was perfectly planned. We truly could not have enjoyed such a relaxing vacation without her help, and we're already looking forward to planning another trip with her! As for the cruise itself, it was exactly as advertised—and even better. This was our first family-focused cruise, and there was truly something for everyone. Our group of 10, ranging from kids to adults, all found activities we loved. The rooms were perfect, the kids loved the window seats and bunk-style setup, and the ship never felt overcrowded despite being full. The entertainment was outstanding, from the shows and trivia to the pools and family activities. The staff throughout the ship were incredible, especially the dining team, who made every meal feel special and quickly became part of the experience. Our excursions were equally fantastic. Baha Mar's water park was relaxing, uncrowded, and perfect for the kids. Perfect Day at CocoCay was another highlight, with our day bed providing a great home base while the kids explored the beach, pools, games, and snack spots. Overall, this was a truly perfect family vacation filled with wonderful memories, plenty of laughs, and even a few cruise ducks that have now made their way into hiding spots around our house. Thank you again, Hannah, for helping make this trip so special. We can't wait to work with you again on our next adventure!

New Cruise Line for us, but Hannah navigated us through the entire process. As we had a party of 10, there were many steps to take along the way. Not only did she provide excellent information and recommendations, she helped us book all events, transfers, etc. She answered EVERY question promptly and as we booked a year ago, kept up posted on any deadlines or changes. She was a pleasure to work with and will be reaching out to her on future travels.

My wife and I had Hannah help us plan a week long trip to Amsterdam. She chose a great hotel and offered many fun ideas for things to do, and we followed her recommendations. Our day long tour of the Dutch countryside was the highlight of our trip! We enjoyed visiting the Anne Frank house, and would not have planned well enough in advance without her help. It was our first trip to Europe and was a total joy!

We had a great time at our resort. This was a great recommendation for a relaxing get away with some fun actives included.

Carmen and after a quick review we were sold! She listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered every step of the way. This is the second time we’ve had Hannah plan a trip for our family and we will definitely continue using her on all future trips!

We just got back from an amazing cruise, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our travel agent, Hannah Roper, for making everything so easy! There were 17 of us with 8 children under the age of 10! She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions quickly—even when we asked some pretty crazy stuff ?? One of the best recommendations she made was booking us close together on the 14th floor. We loved being so close to the swimming pool and all the activities—it made the whole experience even more fun and convenient. Hannah worked with the dining crew to set it up so that we were all seated together. If you're thinking about booking a cruise or any vacation, I highly recommend working with her. She made the planning stress-free and made sure we had a fantastic trip from start to finish! ????

We had an amazing experience working with Hannah for our trip to the Dominican Republic! From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. She helped us choose Breathless Resort & Spa, which was absolutely perfect—beautiful property, lively atmosphere, and great service. Hannah was incredibly responsive, organized, and thoughtful, making sure every detail was covered, from flights to transfers to resort accommodations. We truly felt taken care of and were able to relax and enjoy our vacation without worrying about a thing. If you’re planning a trip and want someone knowledgeable, dependable, and easy to work with, we highly recommend Hannah! We can’t wait to book our next getaway!

Hannah was absolutely amazing every step of the way. She responded quickly every single time we had a question and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. When a hurricane forced us to change our plans at the last minute, she helped us pivot and reschedule everything seamlessly. She guided us in choosing the perfect accommodations and flights and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. During our trip, we had an unforeseen accident, and Hannah went above and beyond to make sure we were safe. She even worked to try to upgrade our return travel to make it more comfortable for our injured traveler. She checked in with us multiple times during our vacation to ensure we had everything we needed. We are so grateful for her support, professionalism, and genuine care. I would highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a travel agent. Truly a 5-star experience!

Utopia of the Seas 4 night cruise was so much fun, and the first cruise for our 4 and 7 year old granddaughters. Hannah has taken care of other vacations for us and always does a great job planning, making sure everything is in perfect order before we leave. The ship was beautiful, food was good and there were lots of activities for the girls. We made some great memories. Thank you, Hannah

Hannah is amazing! You never have to wait for her responses. They are always within an hour or so when you email her. She has great suggestions and is invaluable when planning a trip! Highly recommended!

Hannah is a wonderful agent. Quick responses, set us up at a beautiful resort in Playa Del Carmen with short notice and limited budget. Continually checked in to ensure all was well.

We had a great experience working with Hannah to plan our trip to Mexico. Any questions we had were answered right away, and she was always helpful and knowledgeable. She did an excellent job planning out our days, making the trip smooth, stress-free, and truly enjoyable. She made sure we were prepared and had everything we needed before the trip, while also checking in often while we were there. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a vacation.

Hannah did a great job for our trip. We went from Kansas City to Florence to Paris to London, Cruised to New York, then flew home. The Person who had volunteered to take care of several of our transfers became ill and didn't take care of them, which I found out after we left. Hannah was able to get the transfers taken care of at the last minute, as well as a couple others that I hadn't thought of. She did a great job.

We decided that we wanted to take our 5 year old on a Disney Cruise but didn’t know where to start. Hannah presented us multiple options for our trip with different itineraries. Once we decided on our cruise, she helped with hotel choice and transportation throughout the trip. Disney Cruises are a lot, with lot of important dates to check in, sign up for activities, etc. Hannah sent friendly reminders before and the day of for all the important dates. She helped research different nuances of Disney Cruises, Facebook groups to join, etc. She was able to take a vacation idea that was very overwhelming and make it seamless. We will definitely be using Hannah again to help with our vacation planning!

We planned a very last-minute trip to London, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without our amazing travel agent! Hannah took all the stress off our shoulders, handled every detail so quickly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Her expertise, patience, and attention to detail turned what could have been a stressful scramble into an incredible, seamless adventure. We’re so grateful for her help and will absolutely use her again for our next trip!

Hannah did an amazing job, and communicated everything we needed to do with ease! I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

Hannah was amazing from start to finish! Planning a trip for nine people—my husband and me, our two sons, their wives, and three energetic grandchildren—could have been overwhelming, but she made it so easy. Since this was the first international trip for the kids, Hannah helped coordinate all the details each family needed to make everything go smoothly. Her company even provides great online tools so everyone has all their travel info right at their fingertips. We spent a few wonderful days in Amsterdam before setting sail on a Celebrity Cruise to Norway. Hannah took care of everything—picking the cruise, airport transfers, a perfect hotel right near all the sights we wanted to see, and fantastic recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Every detail was spot on, and we made memories we’ll treasure forever. Honestly, we wouldn’t change a single thing!

The entire trip was amazing. A great combination of family time and fun for the graduates. Hannah was a tremendous help in finding a resort that fit everyone's budget and wants for the trip.

Big thanks to Hannah for helping find a resort that had something for everyone in the family. The location on Duck Key was convenient for day trips to other Keys, food and attractions. It was also just about an hour and 15 minutes from the Key West airport. The resort had 4 different pools. Our favorite ended up being the Coral Cay pool which also had a splash pad area and other kids activities. Parents could relax while kids run around in the enclosed area. The main pool had live music each day for when you were wanting a bit more entertainment. The views around the resort were amazing. You can see water everywhere. I especially enjoyed our Sunset Villa. There was a small beach area steps away from our back porch. You could swim in the water, fish, or just sit and watch dolphins while drinking coffee. That was the highlight of each day for me. This was a very family friendly resort. We had meals at 3 of the restaurants and most of the food was very good. One meal was just OK but that

Hannah took the time to find out our interests and what we would like to see and experience in France. She made it happen! Our tours were great with knowledgeable tour guides. Our hotel accommodations were in fabulous small hotels that that were beautiful and ideally located so we could walk and enjoy the sites.. We were thankful for the organized agenda and copies of tickets, tours, and daily activities to help keep us on track and able to enjoy our wonderful vacation to Paris and the Normandy area of France. Hannah---you developed a perfect vacation for us and we are very thankful!

Hannah worked up a vacation outline several months ahead of our trip, and gave us a number of options for hotels, excursions, travel, etc., to choose from. Once the particulars were settled, we received an itinerary for the 11 day trip. She also offered us a wealth of information to better prepare us for our first trip to Italy. Upon our arrival in Rome, all the information we needed about our lodging, tours, trains and transfers, was available on our phones through an app she recommended. We split our time between Rome and Sorrento, toured the ancient wonders, enjoyed fabulous meals, delicious gelato and pastries, and also took in the Amalfi Coast and island of Capri. It was a perfect, well planned, low stress, wonderful trip. Thank you so much, Hannah.

We just returned from the most amazing family vacation, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible help of our travel agent, Hannah Roper! She planned our Royal Caribbean cruise through the Bahamas and even worked in a magical day at Magic Kingdom—everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Hannah was so thoughtful and detail-oriented, taking the time to get to know what would make the trip special for our family. She made sure we had kid-friendly accommodations, smooth travel logistics, and even had suggestions for activities that kept both the kids and adults happy. Hannah was absolutely the best! We had some hiccups with the trip due to airline delay/cancellations. Hannah was so helpful to get that resolved for us and change flights! Would highly recommend her for any trip!

Hannah was easy to work with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. She made booking a vacation a breeze! We had piece of mind knowing she would be available if we needed her during our travel.

Hannah was extremely helpful and replied practically immediately any time I needed assistance. She set everything up for us making planning this trip less stressful for this mom. Highly recommend!

She is awesome!! She responds very quickly. I really enjoy working with her.

I have been in customer service for most of my working careeer. I can say that Hannah delivered to me a very high-quality of customer service. When we were having problems with a supplier, she found another supplier so I could take the trip that I wanted and it actually probably worked out better! Also, the trip app that she provided that did not need Wi-Fi to access was not only brilliant, but turned out to be very helpful. Hannah supplied me her personal phone number and encouraged me to call her if I was having any problems while I was on my trip. I have always planned my trips in the past, but I must say that with her help, this trip went off, smooth and seamless.

I was in customer service most of my life so I do know what good customer service is. Hannah supplied me good customer service. She was always prompt about getting back to me with any problems or questions I had. We had problems with a supplier and she found another one that actually worked better. The travel app that we used to keep everything together and in one spot was brilliant and very helpful . She even gave me her personal number and told her I could call her anytime if I was having a problem or an issue even though we were on a seven hour time difference. This was the first time I used to travel agent and it was a satisfying experience and everything went very well

Since I was at a service industry myself most of my working life, I know a little bit about good customer service. Hannah was always super prompt in getting back to me with any questions I had. She worked right through a couple problems we had with a supplier that we were trying to use and found another one that worked maybe even better. Hannah supplied me with the do’s and don’ts in these large urban settings. And the travel organization app she used was brilliant and immensely helpful. She even followed up with me while I was on vacation to see if everything was OK and if there was anything else she could do.

Hannah was amazing to work with. She helped us from start to finish. Getting us ready for our trip & even sending us recommendations thru social media for our cruise.

Hannah was fantastic to work with. Our trip was planned very well, she assisted and gathered information for all of our requests and came up with ideas to make our vacation a success. My family enjoyed our trip immensely and we give Hannah the credit!

Hannah is so nice and made booking this trip to Rivera Maya so seamless! She answers all my questions and really takes into consideration traveling with littles! Such a good experience!
