Hannah did a great job for our trip. We went from Kansas City to Florence to Paris to London, Cruised to New York, then flew home. The Person who had volunteered to take care of several of our transfers became ill and didn't take care of them, which I found out after we left. Hannah was able to get the transfers taken care of at the last minute, as well as a couple others that I hadn't thought of. She did a great job.

We decided that we wanted to take our 5 year old on a Disney Cruise but didn’t know where to start. Hannah presented us multiple options for our trip with different itineraries. Once we decided on our cruise, she helped with hotel choice and transportation throughout the trip. Disney Cruises are a lot, with lot of important dates to check in, sign up for activities, etc. Hannah sent friendly reminders before and the day of for all the important dates. She helped research different nuances of Disney Cruises, Facebook groups to join, etc. She was able to take a vacation idea that was very overwhelming and make it seamless. We will definitely be using Hannah again to help with our vacation planning!

We planned a very last-minute trip to London, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without our amazing travel agent! Hannah took all the stress off our shoulders, handled every detail so quickly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Hannah was amazing from start to finish! Planning a trip for nine people—my husband and me, our two sons, their wives, and three energetic grandchildren—could have been overwhelming, but she made it so easy. Since this was the first international trip for the kids, Hannah helped coordinate all the details each family needed to make everything go smoothly. Her company even provides great online tools so everyone has all their travel info right at their fingertips. We spent a few wonderful days in Amsterdam before setting sail on a Celebrity Cruise to Norway. Hannah took care of everything—picking the cruise, airport transfers, a perfect hotel right near all the sights we wanted to see, and fantastic recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Every detail was spot on, and we made memories we’ll treasure forever. Honestly, we wouldn’t change a single thing!

The entire trip was amazing. A great combination of family time and fun for the graduates. Hannah was a tremendous help in finding a resort that fit everyone's budget and wants for the trip.

Big thanks to Hannah for helping find a resort that had something for everyone in the family. The location on Duck Key was convenient for day trips to other Keys, food and attractions. It was also just about an hour and 15 minutes from the Key West airport. The resort had 4 different pools. Our favorite ended up being the Coral Cay pool which also had a splash pad area and other kids activities. Parents could relax while kids run around in the enclosed area. The main pool had live music each day for when you were wanting a bit more entertainment. The views around the resort were amazing. You can see water everywhere. I especially enjoyed our Sunset Villa. There was a small beach area steps away from our back porch. You could swim in the water, fish, or just sit and watch dolphins while drinking coffee. That was the highlight of each day for me. This was a very family friendly resort. We had meals at 3 of the restaurants and most of the food was very good. One meal was just OK but that

Hannah took the time to find out our interests and what we would like to see and experience in France. She made it happen! Our tours were great with knowledgeable tour guides. Our hotel accommodations were in fabulous small hotels that that were beautiful and ideally located so we could walk and enjoy the sites.. We were thankful for the organized agenda and copies of tickets, tours, and daily activities to help keep us on track and able to enjoy our wonderful vacation to Paris and the Normandy area of France. Hannah---you developed a perfect vacation for us and we are very thankful!

Hannah worked up a vacation outline several months ahead of our trip, and gave us a number of options for hotels, excursions, travel, etc., to choose from. Once the particulars were settled, we received an itinerary for the 11 day trip. She also offered us a wealth of information to better prepare us for our first trip to Italy. Upon our arrival in Rome, all the information we needed about our lodging, tours, trains and transfers, was available on our phones through an app she recommended. We split our time between Rome and Sorrento, toured the ancient wonders, enjoyed fabulous meals, delicious gelato and pastries, and also took in the Amalfi Coast and island of Capri. It was a perfect, well planned, low stress, wonderful trip. Thank you so much, Hannah.

She planned our Royal Caribbean cruise through the Bahamas and even worked in a magical day at Magic Kingdom—everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. I have been in customer service for most of my working careeer. I can say that Hannah delivered to me a very high-quality of customer service. When we were having problems with a supplier, she found another supplier so I could take the trip that I wanted and it actually probably worked out better! Also, the trip app that she provided that did not need Wi-Fi to access was not only brilliant, but turned out to be very helpful. Hannah supplied me her personal phone number and encouraged me to call her if I was having any problems while I was on my trip. I have always planned my trips in the past, but I must say that with her help, this trip went off, smooth and seamless.

She was always prompt about getting back to me with any problems or questions I had. We had problems with a supplier and she found another one that actually worked better. The travel app that we used to keep everything together and in one spot was brilliant and very helpful . She even gave me her personal number and told her I could call her anytime if I was having a problem or an issue even though we were on a seven hour time difference. This was the first time I used to travel agent and it was a satisfying experience and everything went very well

Since I was at a service industry myself most of my working life, I know a little bit about good customer service. Hannah was always super prompt in getting back to me with any questions I had. She worked right through a couple problems we had with a supplier that we were trying to use and found another one that worked maybe even better. Hannah supplied me with the do’s and don’ts in these large urban settings. And the travel organization app she used was brilliant and immensely helpful. She even followed up with me while I was on vacation to see if everything was OK and if there was anything else she could do.
