Many months ago, my travel partner and I began planning a Scandinavian cruise but quickly realized we needed help. Hannah came to us highly recommended and she quickly took the reins. Our trip consisted of 2 nights and 3 days in London and a transfer to Southampton to board the Celebrity APEX ship for a 7 day Norweigian cruise. Hannah arranged all of the transfers and found the perfect hotel in London. We were delighted to find that it was located in the heart of the theater district and within walking distance of restaurants and major landmarks. Hannah recommended several nearby restaurants which were delicious. With her careful planning, we even found time to catch a play! Once we boarded the ship, we had an exciting itinerary. Our cabin was very spacious with a window covering the entire outer wall . This was perfect for viewing the Fjords and waterfalls. Our excursions were amazing! They included quaint seaside villages, waterfalls, scenic mountain tops, as well as Viking villages filled with history. Hannah coordinated our trip without a single hitch! She is extremely responsive and thorough and made the right suggestions for a smooth enjoyable trip. In addition, last January, we had a previously planned trip to Playa Del Carmen fall through. We reached out to Hannah for help finding another hotel on very short notice. She quickly provided several suggestions within our budget and handled the reservations! This was our first trip to Eastern Canada, where we visited Old Montreal and Quebec City. We found communication with Hannah to be very easy. She initially met with us via Zoom to determine our requests and to answer our questions. She listened well and responded within a couple of days with her suggestions, recommendations and an initial itinerary. Hannah was extremely helpful in finding wonderful, top-notch accommodations in each city. They were well situated, with numerous restaurants within walking distance. She arranged our travel that included both air and train reservations. In addition, Hannah offered numerous suggestions for touring options and local sightseeing. We found Hannah to be very quick to respond to our emails. The Tern app was an extremely helpful tool and made it easy to quickly access our itinerary. Hannah planned our Alaskan cruise. It was our first cruise and she planned our transports, hotel, cruise package and airline tickets. Since we are not experienced travelers, her planning provided a wonderful “low stress” experience. Hannah’s communication was excellent. She always provided quick responses to our questions.

Our family just returned from an amazing Royal Caribbean cruise, and it exceeded every expectation we had. First, a huge thank you to Hannah. As for the cruise itself, it was exactly as advertised—and even better. This was our first family-focused cruise, and there was truly something for everyone. The rooms were perfect, the kids loved the window seats and bunk-style setup, and the ship never felt overcrowded despite being full. The entertainment was outstanding, from the shows and trivia to the pools and family activities. The staff throughout the ship were incredible, especially the dining team, who made every meal feel special and quickly became part of the experience. Our excursions were equally fantastic. Baha Mar's water park was relaxing, uncrowded, and perfect for the kids. Perfect Day at CocoCay was another highlight, with our day bed providing a great home base while the kids explored the beach, pools, games, and snack spots. Overall, this was a truly perfect family vacation filled with wonderful memories, plenty of laughs, and even a few cruise ducks that have now made their way into hiding spots around our house. New Cruise Line for us, but Hannah navigated us through the entire process. As we had a party of 10, there were many steps to take along the way. Not only did she provide excellent information and recommendations, she helped us book all events, transfers, etc. She answered EVERY question promptly and as we booked a year ago, kept up posted on any deadlines or changes. My wife and I had Hannah help us plan a week long trip to Amsterdam. She chose a great hotel and offered many fun ideas for things to do, and we followed her recommendations. Our day long tour of the Dutch countryside was the highlight of our trip! We enjoyed visiting the Anne Frank house, and would not have planned well enough in advance without her help. One of the best recommendations she made was booking us close together on the 14th floor. Utopia of the Seas 4 night cruise was so much fun, and the first cruise for our 4 and 7 year old granddaughters. Hannah did a great job for our trip. We went from Kansas City to Florence to Paris to London, Cruised to New York, then flew home. The Person who had volunteered to take care of several of our transfers became ill and didn't take care of them, which I found out after we left. Hannah was able to get the transfers taken care of at the last minute, as well as a couple others that I hadn't thought of. She did a great job.

We decided that we wanted to take our 5 year old on a Disney Cruise but didn’t know where to start. Hannah presented us multiple options for our trip with different itineraries. Once we decided on our cruise, she helped with hotel choice and transportation throughout the trip. Disney Cruises are a lot, with lot of important dates to check in, sign up for activities, etc. Hannah sent friendly reminders before and the day of for all the important dates. Planning a trip for nine people—my husband and me, our two sons, their wives, and three energetic grandchildren—could have been overwhelming, but she made it so easy. Since this was the first international trip for the kids, Hannah helped coordinate all the details each family needed to make everything go smoothly. We spent a few wonderful days in Amsterdam before setting sail on a Celebrity Cruise to Norway. Big thanks to Hannah for helping find a resort that had something for everyone in the family. The location on Duck Key was convenient for day trips to other Keys, food and attractions. It was also just about an hour and 15 minutes from the Key West airport. The resort had 4 different pools. Our favorite ended up being the Coral Cay pool which also had a splash pad area and other kids activities. Parents could relax while kids run around in the enclosed area. The main pool had live music each day for when you were wanting a bit more entertainment. The views around the resort were amazing. You can see water everywhere. I especially enjoyed our Sunset Villa. There was a small beach area steps away from our back porch. You could swim in the water, fish, or just sit and watch dolphins while drinking coffee. That was the highlight of each day for me. This was a very family friendly resort. We had meals at 3 of the restaurants and most of the food was very good. One meal was just OK but that

Hannah took the time to find out our interests and what we would like to see and experience in France. She made it happen! Our tours were great with knowledgeable tour guides. Our hotel accommodations were in fabulous small hotels that that were beautiful and ideally located so we could walk and enjoy the sites.. We were thankful for the organized agenda and copies of tickets, tours, and daily activities to help keep us on track and able to enjoy our wonderful vacation to Paris and the Normandy area of France. Hannah worked up a vacation outline several months ahead of our trip, and gave us a number of options for hotels, excursions, travel, etc., to choose from. Once the particulars were settled, we received an itinerary for the 11 day trip. She also offered us a wealth of information to better prepare us for our first trip to Italy. Upon our arrival in Rome, all the information we needed about our lodging, tours, trains and transfers, was available on our phones through an app she recommended. We split our time between Rome and Sorrento, toured the ancient wonders, enjoyed fabulous meals, delicious gelato and pastries, and also took in the Amalfi Coast and island of Capri. When we were having problems with a supplier, she found another supplier so I could take the trip that I wanted and it actually probably worked out better! Also, the trip app that she provided that did not need Wi-Fi to access was not only brilliant, but turned out to be very helpful. Hannah supplied me her personal phone number and encouraged me to call her if I was having any problems while I was on my trip. I have always planned my trips in the past, but I must say that with her help, this trip went off, smooth and seamless.

Since I was at a service industry myself most of my working life, I know a little bit about good customer service. Hannah was always super prompt in getting back to me with any questions I had. She worked right through a couple problems we had with a supplier that we were trying to use and found another one that worked maybe even better. Hannah supplied me with the do’s and don’ts in these large urban settings. And the travel organization app she used was brilliant and immensely helpful. She even followed up with me while I was on vacation to see if everything was OK and if there was anything else she could do.
