From Disney to All Inclusives and Cruises

It was a great time,some how we need to get better travel time. We misunderstood our pick up for the shuttle from Miami. It took 3 phone calls to the hotel before anyone explained that we were in the wrong place. The shuttle bus that picked us up was in need of repair Also the shuttle bus going from Miami hotel to ship wasn’t the best Not enough seats for people on the bus Very thankful you advised to sign up for shuttle early Marybeth and I had been on the Freedom before. They have done updates but need to do more. Pool deck bathrooms they need an attendant at all times to keep it clean It was a great time and thank you for all your help

Let me first start by saying I am a little bit of a control freak when it comes to a lot of things and planning a trip can be one of them. I like to explore all options on my own to know that I have found the best of the best for my family however Disney is a totally different beast that I was uncomfortable planning without the help of a knowledgeable and professional travel agent. Raylene was AMAZING from start to finish. She sent so many well explained e-mails with plenty of time for me to read over and look through different meal plans, hotel stays, park rides, lightning lane info, photo pass offers and even her most valuable tips and tricks of the parks. She was honest and up front about everything and never pushed me in a way to make a decision that I didn't want to. She was available to answer any and all questions I had, even while I was at the Parks! She knew it was my kids' first trip so she even mailed us pins and park maps which if you have kids you know they eat those things up! I am not a super early morning person so she even booked me dining reservations at 6am so I didn't have to. She made planning my Disney family vacation dare I say easy... I would 100% recommend Raylene and her services and I will be using her again!
