Let me first start by saying I am a little bit of a control freak when it comes to a lot of things and planning a trip can be one of them. I like to explore all options on my own to know that I have found the best of the best for my family however Disney is a totally different beast that I was uncomfortable planning without the help of a knowledgeable and professional travel agent. Raylene was AMAZING from start to finish. She sent so many well explained e-mails with plenty of time for me to read over and look through different meal plans, hotel stays, park rides, lightning lane info, photo pass offers and even her most valuable tips and tricks of the parks. She was honest and up front about everything and never pushed me in a way to make a decision that I didn't want to. She was available to answer any and all questions I had, even while I was at the Parks! She knew it was my kids' first trip so she even mailed us pins and park maps which if you have kids you know they eat those things up! I am not a super early morning person so she even booked me dining reservations at 6am so I didn't have to. She made planning my Disney family vacation dare I say easy... I would 100% recommend Raylene and her services and I will be using her again!

Raylene just helped us plan our second family vacation! First was a trip to Disney earlier this year and the second a cruise with Royal Caribbean we just got back from. She offers tons of knowledge and if there is something she needs to check on she is on top of it to get the correct answer! Even needing changes and adjustments made to our reservation she jumped right in to help.

Raylene booked our Disney trip and I have to say with all the little pointers on the brochures she gave us for each park, and all the info she gave us in general we needed up having phenomenal time on our Disney vacation. I was only stressed out at Epcot on Friday because it was a mad house with the food and wine fest and our dining plan wasn't really covered on much (which was fine) but other than that we got on every ride in every park we went to and had a great time experiencing it all. The french quarter was a great resort for us (family of four) bc it was quaint and had everything we needed so close by. We checked out riverside and loved ours better(beside the food options bc riversides was better). The beignets were amazing-we had them every night for dessert. And honestly it was the best. I have no complaints at all! It was a years worth of planning with Raylene and she helped make it so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend her.

Where do I start?! This was our first big family vacation and Raylene left no question unanswered! Super friendly easy to get a hold of knowledgeable and thorough. She booked every detail perfectly and listened to everything we asked to make sure we had the best vacation ever. I would recommend her to everyone and will be using her again myself. Our trip would not have been possible without her as I would have had no clue what I was doing. Less than a week before the trip my son broke his foot- she even helped me figure out all those details as well. Despite even that we all still had a blast! I'd give her 100 stars if possible!

Fast and easy

Raylene made our honeymoon planning experience so easy!!! Planning a wedding is stressful and the thought of planning a honeymoon on top of that was overwhelming. Ray did everything for us!! And even provided helpful tips in the week leading up!! When we boarded our cruise we had many questions about how to bed maximize our time (all things she had mentioned to us prior but we didn’t retain because we were so stressed with the wedding) we texted her our questions and she responded immediately with so many tips and tricks and things to know!! We can’t thank her enough for all of her help. We definitely plan to use her again in the future!!
