Needed help booking and sorting through details for a universal experience and came across Janelle - she was absolutely fabulous! Janelle was extremely helpful, timely, and never the answer to every question. She helped us book the trip of a lifetime to Universal Studios and it did not disappoint. I cannot be more grateful that we booked our vacation through Janelle. We had some huge changes happen in life and she took care of rearranging things and I know spent a lot of time doing this. It allowed me to focus on what I needed to at home while she made every single phone call, email and all communication that needed to be done to completely take it off my plate. Caring and invested in our trip

From the time we booked our cruise, Janelle was beyond helpful. We had difficulties and she smoothed them over and reassured us. Her travel itinerary and little notes throughout our journey really let us know that she truly cares about our customers. Even when we got home, we had a thank you note from her in our mailbox.
