Five days and four nights of magic and memories!! Janelle was instrumental in coordinating our first big trip with three kiddos under 4! Janelle booked my daughter and I the most amazing Universal vacation! She took care of the hotel, restaurants, shuttle, everything to make our vacation a magical and memorable one. Janelle has been the most amazing coordinator for our family’s first Disney vacation! From the very start, she was a wealth of knowledge and customized our plans to our specific needs. She woke up early to book our meals and restaurants, put together an amazing itinerary, and spent hours with us in-person making sure we knew how to use the app and find all the tips. To top it all off, when we got sick on the last few days of our trip, she helped us reschedule what needed to be rescheduled and coordinated with the resort to get our trip wrapped up.
