I can't verbalize how satisfied I am with Auriel and her professionalism with my trip. She was extremely responsive with all of my questions while planning, put up with my numerous questions and pulled off a fabulous trip that came in very well priced compared to self-pricing. She went above and beyond when she personally reached out to the resort we were going to and had personalized incentives added to our suite. She personally handled all airport transportation to and from the resort. We literally didn't have to lift a finger for this trip all because of her diligence and provision of exceptional service. I wasn't convinced of using an agent and thought I could self-book much cheaper. I will gladly put all of my future trips in the very capable hands of Auriel.

Best Birthday Trip!

My husband and I were planning a trip for our birthdays and I wasn't feeling inspired. Then I met Auriel at a book signing event, completely unrelated to travel. She was so kind and answered my questions while we waited in line and then handed me her card and offered to help plan our trip.
From the first email until we returned home, Auriel was very informative, responded to all of my crazy requests (like can you find a resort that serves creps?), and put together several options for us to choose from. Once we selected our basic trip, she offered several additional services and explained why she recommended them.
This was my 4th trip to Jamaica, and I have never been happier. I took Auriel's suggestions on class of room, airport services, and more and my only regret is that I didn't do every single one of them on my prior trips!

Dream Escape

What a wonderful experience I had with Ariel, this is the first time I’ve ever used to travel agent, she was extremely friendly, very professional, so easy-going. She made my trip, easy breezy.
