It was wonderful having someone’s help planning our trip & organizing the details. Auriel was so helpful & always willing to answer questions & give advice. She was also incredible when our flight got cancelled & we had to stay an extra night. She quickly got us a hotel & worked with us to find a new flight home. Highly recommend!

We had a great time on our cruise thanks to Auriel Prokurat . She worked with our entire group to make sure we had everything we needed and walked us through every question. Highly recommend. We booked another trip with her when we got home. She is fast to return a call or text and always willing to help. Thank you for a great trip.

Auriel was so helpful in booking our recent winter getaway to Mexico! Thank you so much for making it so easy!

We finally did an out west trip with our kids that we had talked to for years. We had a rough idea what we wanted to see, and Auriel walked besides us, giving recommendations and suggestions on where we should stay. We went through maybe 3 drafts until we settled on our final places, and even with changes and questions, she never minded changing a rental to fit our budget and needs. Having her walk besides us before hand gave us a lot of peace knowing that if anything went wrong, she could help us out. Our family loved the Airbnb, hotels, and resort we stayed at during our 2-week trip, it was always exciting to see what our next place would look like. Even when we ran into some issues, she was a phone call away and was willing and happy to help us out. We absolutely loved the place we stayed at in Moab, it felt like home which is huge when you are driving a lot and away from your comforts of home. We appreciated everything Auriel did from airlines, rentals and just looking over our game plan. It was a trip to remember, and it was great seeing so many new things

I can't verbalize how satisfied I am with Auriel and her professionalism with my trip. She was extremely responsive with all of my questions while planning, put up with my numerous questions and pulled off a fabulous trip that came in very well priced compared to self-pricing. She went above and beyond when she personally reached out to the resort we were going to and had personalized incentives added to our suite. She personally handled all airport transportation to and from the resort. We literally didn't have to lift a finger for this trip all because of her diligence and provision of exceptional service. I wasn't convinced of using an agent and thought I could self-book much cheaper. I will gladly put all of my future trips in the very capable hands of Auriel.

Auriel prokurat planned everything, scheduled everything, worked out all details of our honey moon! All we had to do was enjoy the crap out of the vacation that she entirely set up for Taylor and I. I WILL BE USING HER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGAIN!!!

We had a great time exploring Paris and London. Auriel did a great job coordinating our large group with hotels, private transport and answering multiple questions.

Beautiful resort with the perfect amenities for the family!

So we had some issues with our flight and Auriel was right there with me through it all. Everything other ship was amazing. The cruise was fabulous. The airlines were a nightmare. But I was always right there to help anything I needed any questions I have she was there as always every time.

I can't say enough good things about my travel agent, Auriel Prokurat. She was an absolute lifesaver when planning my most recent trip to the Bahamas. I had been searching for prices on my own and couldn't come close to the incredible deal she was able to find. Beyond the great price, Auriel's service was top-notch. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the resort we were staying at and provided on-point reminders and insider tips that were a huge help. Her expertise made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book their next trip!

We had an amazing Disney trip thanks to Auriel! From start to finish, she made the planning process so easy and stress-free. Every detail was thoughtfully handled—from hotel packages to dining reservations —and everything went smoothly. Her info helped us make the most of our time, and the whole family had a blast. Highly recommend Auriel for anyone planning a Disney vacation!

While the trip itself definitely had some hiccups Auriel was there to save the day and ease my fears. She made sure we had everything we needed for a safe and smooth trip!!

Ariel was great! She was very helpful and offered different options as our travel plans changed. She was very available and always responded quickly. We appreciated her help!

Auriel was so helpful with giving us options in the very beginning when I told her what we were looking for, getting us the best price with a bunch of inclusions, to answering all our questions right up to & even while we were on the cruise ship! She also checked in after our trip to see if there was anything we had a problem with & to see how we enjoyed it. We have used her in the past & will continue to use her for future trips!

My husband and I were planning a trip for our birthdays and I wasn't feeling inspired. Then I met Auriel at a book signing event, completely unrelated to travel. She was so kind and answered my questions while we waited in line and then handed me her card and offered to help plan our trip. From the first email until we returned home, Auriel was very informative, responded to all of my crazy requests (like can you find a resort that serves creps?), and put together several options for us to choose from. Once we selected our basic trip, she offered several additional services and explained why she recommended them. This was my 4th trip to Jamaica, and I have never been happier. I took Auriel's suggestions on class of room, airport services, and more and my only regret is that I didn't do every single one of them on my prior trips! The night before our trip, Auriel called just to make sure we had every question answered and to offer any support we might need while traveling. T

Where to start....Auriel answered all my many questions from the beginning stages of planning. She helped us navigate what are best options were, plus she made knowledgeable suggestions that she recommend (like prepaying gratuities, what parking garage to use, and more). It was comforting to know that there was always someone to reach to that was working on your behalf. I would highly recommend and can not wait to book another vacation with her assistance.

I booked my first Royal Caribbean cruise with Auriel on the Utopia of the Seas. She was very helpful with all of my questions. She responded quickly to all messages and emails that I sent her. I will definitely use her again for all of my Royal Caribbean bookings.

Everthing went perfectly from the flight out to the the one back. The resort was wonderful and Auriel made sure everthing went exactly as planned.

Had a blast

Outstanding time can't wait to book again with her

This was a very nice cruise line! The staff and crew were so nice and a lot of fun. The food was delicious! The atmosphere was great as well as the on board entertainment. It was our first cruise and everyone we met that were experienced cruisers on various cruise lines always had the same comment “Wow! You set the bar high for your first cruise! This is by far our favorite cruise line!”

I do not have the patience so I contacted Auriel with where I wanted to go. She sent me several hotels based off of what I wanted and flight options. All were easy to understand and prices were included. She quickly booked what I decided along with trips to see some national parks. The process was seamless and easy and she was so quick to respond allowing me not to stress over making all the arrangements. While on our vacation, she followed up and we had absolutely no issues. I will most definitely use her again!

Auriel did an amazing job planning our Train trip from MI to the Grand Canyon! Everything was PERFECT! She was so detailed and was so helpful! 5 stars here!!!!

We went to the Sandals St. Vincent Resort and the resort was beautiful! Auriel was so helpful from the beginning of us deciding where we should go, making sure we paid on time, and even giving us a heads up on items we need to pack. It was great working with her and it takes the stress of traveling off our plates!

Very helpful and attentive!

She explains things to me so that I would understand. My entire trip was map out with ease. I will always call her when I am planning a trip.

Auriel was amazing. From start to finish. She was understanding, PATIENT, and very knowledgeable. Auriel was able to ensure we had a perfect trip and I would recommend her to anyone in the future!

Auriel was amazing told her what we wanted and she worked her magic and we booked a great trip

Thank you for taking the stress of planning off our plate. Auriel was extremely responsive even once we were on vacation and had questions.

I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Auriel! She truly made the experience planning our honeymoon so seamless. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and ability to think on her feet makes her a true asset for any traveler. She even went out of her way to find new tickets to get us home safely when we found out that there was a hurricane coming our way.

Auriel was a pleasure to work with. She was on top of any changes that occurred, super helpful with planning tips, and made the entire process a breeze for our first cruise. I’m sure we will use her anytime we want a worry-free experience with the best planning and savings.

Auriel helped us plan an all inclusive family vacation and was great to work with. She was able to listen to all of our needs and make travel accommodations to our requests. She responded quickly when an issue arose and was able to direct us to the appropriate person so it could be resolved. We had a great vacation without the worry!

Very thorough, helpful, dedicated, kind, knowledgeable

Auriel was able to find us the absolute PERFECT accommodations for our "wants" and our needs! We gave her a few keywords to describe our dream escape and she took off with it and the next thing I know, I received an email with several options. We just wanted a quiet area to enjoy nature and celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary. Auriel knew just what we wanted and within a week we made our decision and booked! We stayed in a cozy, comfortable cabin and were able to take our pooch, Gracie, as well! We couldn't be happier with Auriel and her expertise in helping us!

Auriel was GREAT!!!! She was quick with replying to my questions. Reached out by phone and then followed up with an e-mail. She made our honeymoon the BEST!!! We didn't have to worry about anything. She took care of everything. We will definitely use her again!

Ariel is an amazing travel agent. No concern is too big or too small for her. She was able to assist me with any concerns or questions I had. If I had a question, she got back to me immediately She’s extremely professional and very easy to work with

She went above and beyond for me, even though I kept changing my mind on a location in Resort

What a wonderful experience I had with Ariel, this is the first time I’ve ever used to travel agent, she was extremely friendly, very professional, so easy-going. She made my trip, easy breezy. No stress you took care of everything. She was extremely prompt with my questions, and she didn’t know anything which was rare, because she is excellent at her craft, she would get back to me and let me know. And that meant a lot. Even if it was a Saturday or Sunday, she would call me or text me back. I was only Cruise I gave out her information. I will always use her as a travel agent. If there was a star up to 100 I will give her that.
She is a gem 💎

Auriel helped me find a hotel for my journey back to Pennsylvania from Oklahoma. She gave me 3 options. And they were great choices.

Auriel is the sweetest, and truly goes above and beyond! At one point, she was even willing to book outside of her actual realm to ensure I got the house I wanted!! Who does that?!?! Only the best!! Super easy and pleasant to work with!

Auriel was amazing from the moment I even thought about going on a cruise and even through after my cruise! She made sure every detail was completed, down to the twin beds in the room instead of a double/queen. If she didn’t have an answer immediately, we got one before the end of the day-typically within an hour. Meticulous, caring, got us the best deal possible, and I will continue to utilize Auriel and her services for all future travel like this-probably even for the small stuff too! The ease of having her was undeniable and I would highly recommend her to everyone!

Auriel was incredible to work with. She took the time to ask detailed questions not just about what type of accommodations we wanted but also about the amount of activity and night life we were looking for. With that she provided numerous options on different islands with plenty of details and personal insight into the properties in less than a day. After reviewing and narrowing down to the resort we wanted, we had a couple room requests and Auriel took the extra effort to make calls and secure exactly what we wanted. Every detail about our trip was spot on and my wife and I could not be happier with the service that Auriel provided!

Auriel was responsive and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and great with coming up with suggestions. Would work with again.

This is my second time booking through Auriel! She's just amazing!! She helped us get a great deal on both of our trips and even took the time to read the reviews on hotels to help us choose! My second trip, I was traveling alone and she was concerned for my safety in certain areas. She ensured I was in a safe place. I'll always book through Auriel! It was so easy to book through her and took the headache out of finding a place to stay. Thank you!

Auriel was very thorough she followed up with me before , during and after our vacation . Auriel’s attention to detail allowed everything to go smoothly from beginning to end . I would definitely recommend her for all your vacation needs !

Auriel was very quick to find places for me to look over & she was also very knowledgeable when I asked her questions! She’s very thorough with the process & checked in with me to make sure everything was good with the place.

Auriel made it so easy finding a hotel for my family and I's beach vacation! I told her the specifics of what we were wanting and she went above and beyond! The list of the things we were wanting, she checked everything off! Auriel is friendly, caring, and was patient! She cares about what your interests are and definitely makes her customers happy! I will always go with Auriel for future travel planning! Thank you again Auriel, you are the best!
