Family Out West Trip

We finally did an out west trip with our kids that we had talked to for years. We had a rough idea what we wanted to see, and Auriel walked besides us, giving recommendations and suggestions on where we should stay. We went through maybe 3 drafts until we settled on our final places, and even with changes and questions, she never minded changing a rental to fit our budget and needs. Having her walk besides us before hand gave us a lot of peace knowing that if anything went wrong, she could help us out. Our family loved the Airbnb, hotels, and resort we stayed at during our 2-week trip, it was always exciting to see what our next place would look like. Even when we ran into some issues, she was a phone call away and was willing and happy to help us out. We absolutely loved the place we stayed at in Moab, it felt like home which is huge when you are driving a lot and away from your comforts of home. We appreciated everything Auriel did from airlines, rentals and just looking over our game plan. It was a trip to remember, and it was great seeing so many new things

I can't verbalize how satisfied I am with Auriel and her professionalism with my trip. She was extremely responsive with all of my questions while planning, put up with my numerous questions and pulled off a fabulous trip that came in very well priced compared to self-pricing. She went above and beyond when she personally reached out to the resort we were going to and had personalized incentives added to our suite. She personally handled all airport transportation to and from the resort. We literally didn't have to lift a finger for this trip all because of her diligence and provision of exceptional service. I wasn't convinced of using an agent and thought I could self-book much cheaper. I will gladly put all of my future trips in the very capable hands of Auriel.

Best Birthday Trip!

My husband and I were planning a trip for our birthdays and I wasn't feeling inspired. Then I met Auriel at a book signing event, completely unrelated to travel. She was so kind and answered my questions while we waited in line and then handed me her card and offered to help plan our trip.
From the first email until we returned home, Auriel was very informative, responded to all of my crazy requests (like can you find a resort that serves creps?), and put together several options for us to choose from. Once we selected our basic trip, she offered several additional services and explained why she recommended them.
This was my 4th trip to Jamaica, and I have never been happier. I took Auriel's suggestions on class of room, airport services, and more and my only regret is that I didn't do every single one of them on my prior trips!

Dream Escape

What a wonderful experience I had with Ariel, this is the first time I’ve ever used to travel agent, she was extremely friendly, very professional, so easy-going. She made my trip, easy breezy. No stress you took care of everything. She was extremely prompt with my questions, and she didn’t know anything which was rare, because she is excellent at her craft, she would get back to me and let me know. And that meant a lot. Auriel was amazing from the moment I even thought about going on a cruise and even through after my cruise! She made sure every detail was completed, down to the twin beds in the room instead of a double/queen. If she didn’t have an answer immediately, we got one before the end of the day-typically within an hour. Meticulous, caring, got us the best deal possible, and I will continue to utilize Auriel and her services for all future travel like this-probably even for the small stuff too! The Perfect 50th Birthday Trip

Auriel was incredible to work with. She took the time to ask detailed questions not just about what type of accommodations we wanted but also about the amount of activity and night life we were looking for. With that she provided numerous options on different islands with plenty of details and personal insight into the properties in less than a day. After reviewing and narrowing down to the resort we wanted, we had a couple room requests and Auriel took the extra effort to make calls and secure exactly what we wanted. Every detail about our trip was spot on and my wife and I could not be happier with the service that Auriel provided!
