I have always had a passion for travel, and recently, I decided to turn my hobby and passion into a career. My first ever flight was when I decided to visit Germany for Oktoberfest in 2004. I landed in Frankfurt, then took a bus to Heidelberg, then finally a train to Munich where I was able to explore the city and experience the music, food, beer, and fun of Oktoberfest! On my flight back, I stayed overnight in Reykjavik, Iceland. I wish back then I had known everything a travel agent could have offered me because I planned the entire trip myself and it was extremely stressful. I would have opted to stay in Iceland longer to experience some of the amazing sights and excursions available and definitely feel like I missed out on a lot because of my inexperience at the time.

My next big trip was to the big island of Hawaii! ! stayed in Honolulu and visited Pearl Harbor, did a dinner cruise with snorkeling, went to a luau with an incredible buffet, attended a tour of a jewelry maker, and learned how to play hawaiian instruments and weave baskets! I watched the locals teach surfing lessons on the beach and soaked up some sun while enjoying the gorgeous beaches.

I've traveled to Jamaica twice! The first time I went with a girlfriend and we stayed in Montego Bay at an all-inclusive resort. I liked how close our resort was to the airport and the activities offered at the resort were perfect for families or for single people like ourselves. There was plenty of fun all around! The second time I visited was when my husband and I got married in Sandals South Coast (formerly Sandals White House.) I got to experience what Sandals has to offer for their wedding clients and guests. They truly made everything picture perfect! We used a travel agent to book our trip and I can't even begin to explain the difference with this trip versus the other trips I've taken. Every detail was taken care of and our experience was so stress free. The wedding planner at Sandals was knowledgeable and helpful as well and made everything seamless. 

I've been to Riviera Maya twice as well! The first time, I took my mom to the Hard Rock Hotel in Riviera Maya for the Zak Brown Band Castaway concert. Here, we got to experience several amazing country performers and take in the beautiful landscapes of this all-inclusive resort. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience with my mom and we had the best time! My most recent trip was in September 2022. 
I stayed at the Barcelo Riviera Maya Adults Only. This resort is incredibly gorgeous with views of the ocean and the rainforest. There are rooms with swim-up pools all along the lower level of the hotel. While walking around I spotted several iguanas and coatimundi playing in the trees. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was my favorite part.

One of my most recent trips was to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana. This resort is huge and has one of the most beautiful beaches I've seen! The resort is also family friendly and has several areas which are perfect for families with young children. There are also adults only pools as well. The resort recently opened up a water park on site which is included at no extra cost.
