CLIA Master Cruise Counselor

For my fellow cruising enthusiasts, I am certified as a Master Cruise Counselor (MCC) with the Cruise Line Industry Association (CLIA), which is the world's largest cruise industry trade association. Throughout the year, I participate in meetings and trainings to enhance my cruise knowledge.  The global cruise market spans across all seven continents.  From a short cruise to the tropics, to a chilly expedition trip to a polar region, or perhaps a lengthy world cruise, there is definitely something for everyone.

I have planned countless cruises for families, couples, and solo travelers.  Cruises are one of the best ways to experience a seamless vacation.  You get to spread out your things in one space (your stateroom or suite), dining options are numerous, and entertainment abounds from the time you wake up until your head hits the pillow. 

It is also fun to make new friends on your sailings.  My husband and I have forged some lasting friendships over the years.  Our daughters have as well.  They basically have been making friends on Disney Cruise Line since they were five years old.  Back in the day, it was pen pal communication with letters and stamps.  With their generation,  it is face timing and other forms of social media outreach.  On one of my daughter's most recent college study abroad experiences in London, she was able to meet up with some of her cruise friends who live in England.  Even though her cruise pals didn't live in London, they made an effort to travel there to meet up and take my daughter to their favorite places and eateries.  The lilt in her voice when she called and told us about their fun times she had with her DCL pals was a priceless moment.  This sort of thing shows how the Disney magic still in action even after a cruise comes to a close.  

Admittedly, I have a special place in my heart for Disney Cruise Line, but do know that other cruise lines are wonderful too.  I can assist booking National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions, Virgin Voyages (Gold Tier certification), Royal Caribbean (Master of Adventure certification), and Silversea (Ultra-Luxury, Classic Ocean and Expeditions specialist certifications).
