Wonderful Disney getaway

This was our second trip to Disney World, but the first was quite a few years ago and our kids were in a much different stage. This time, we had a limited time at the park. Elizabeth Van Beek was instrumental in helping us pick the best resort, make restaurant plans, and pick parks/rides to maximize our short trip. We truly would have not enjoyed ourselves half as much if we didn't have the planning in place upon entering the parks. Her friendly prompts and helpful background information made all our planning possible and painless. Our family is very grateful for Elizabeth's assistance and we are already planning our next trip!

First Disney Trip

Beth helped us plan our first trip family trip to Disney. We were traveling with two 10 year olds, an *almost* 8 year old, and a 6 year old. Beth helped explain all my questions and made sure to keep us up to date. There was a change in rate after we booked and Beth automatically lowered our overall rate to match it for us. The lightning lanes also changed after we booked but before we traveled and Beth made sure we understood the whole process. Booking our first Disney trip was super overwhelming but Beth made it feel much more manageable! I would definitely recommend Beth!

She is by far and away the best agent ever! When we meet on my first DCL cruise I used a different agent, but didn’t get the attention and personal Touch I wanted. I meet Beth through the cruise FB group and she never even solicited my business she was just willing to give advice no strings attached. I have now booked 13 cruises with her and have sent numerous friends and family. She treats each booking like she is booking for her own family. She looks at all the angles and options and often answers my crazy text at all hours. If you want and unmatched level Of hospitality, service and personal attention then this is your travel agent, look no further!
