Regula helped us plan and then re-plan our trip to Switzerland this summer. After an unexpected delay we had to rebook our travel plans and Regula helped us through every step of the process. She gave us lots of "insider tips" for our trip because Switzerland is home to her. When all was said and done, we spent 10 wonderful days traveling by train throughout the whole country. We've wanted to ride the trains in Switzerland and finally got the chance to do this on EchoRail Tours. It was a 7 day trip with 5 trains, cogwheel trains and lots of walking. Regula found this small company and it was awesome. Our guide Monika was a native and gave us a great perspective on Swiss life. Our luggage was taken care of and most of our meals were included. The hotels and food were great. We couldn't ask for more. Before the trip Regula kept us informed about visas, directions, etc so there were no surprises. The scenery was spectacular and I feel that we really saw Switzerland as a small group. No big buses, no crowds to keep track of. I highly recommend EchoRail and especially Regula. She really worked hard for us to make sure we had the best time possible. And the recommendation to take home lots of Swiss chocolate was spot on.
