My family rarely travels! Heather has been our go to for two graduating senior trips. She handled booking both from start to finish with elegance and grace!! She definitely eases the stress for planning especially when traveling with groups!

Heather provided all necessary info for the trip, but in addition she provided tips and advice for things to due before, during and at the end of the trip. The little things that common people don't know or think about. Going a day earl to be ready for boarding planes, boats or whatever. She knows how to make the trip easier on the travelers. When we had questions or problems Heather was immediate and successful in solving problems. When we got to the location it was exactly as Heather said it would be. When we had a problem with charges (that change between booking and trip) Heather immediately contact management of the cruise line and got the problem straightened out. We sailed on the Coral Princess to travel Alaska for the first time. This was our first cruise and Heather provided step-by-step help as we made plans and throughout the trip. I hate booking anything. Having to look at so many options and pricing and all the little wording you have to look for stresses me out. We needed a hotel for family get away. I told her what I was looking for and she exceeded my expectations. The hotel was beautiful! Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and was right by an outlet mall that was awesome! I don’t think I will ever book anything myself again. She makes it so easy.
