Beth is a very engaging travel agent who gives helpful advice when planning a trip. We have had Beth plan previous trips for us that have gone very smoothly. When COVID -19 erupted we were in Salerno Italy. Beth had helped plan our trip and was immediately in touch with us to be sure we were aware and to return to Canada. She facilitated seats for us on Air Canada’s last flight from Rome and we arrived safely home to London , Ontario.

African Adventure

From the moment we met you we felt a connection. You were personable, professional and had the experience we needed to book our trip. You seemed to understand what we were looking for in our African adventure. You listened to us and organized the most amazing trip ever!! We felt safe, spoiled and catered to the entire trip. Due to the airlines being on strike, (which caused a great deal of uncertainty) you remained in constant contact with us. While we were in Capetown, South Africa you arranged dinner/show tickets for us. You booked a quick tour for us on our last day there and to avoid us having to wait in the long lines at Table Mountain, you purchased our tickets electronically and sent them to us. It was the trip of a lifetime Beth and we can’t wait to travel again and have you organize our next adventure.

Beth arranged our flights and accommodations in Porto. It was like being on House Hunters International. Old building that had been completely renovated and updated with a balcony overlooking a Main Street. Restaurants a few doors away, shops etc. right close by. Lots to see and do. Remember your comfortable walking shoes!! Beth always takes the stress out of travelling and is always available to answer questions while we are away. We always appreciate her help.

On our recent 'girls trip' of 9 women to Dominican Republic, Beth took care of all the details for us - all we had to do was get our boarding passes and fill out the 'eticket' required for entering and leaving the country, which, thankfully, she pointed out to us, was necessary (otherwise we could have easily missed it as a requirement). It's so nice to have 'one stop shopping' where the agent does all the legwork and we just have to pay for the trip and pack our bags. No stress!

Beth was great from first contact. My first reach out email to discuss potential plans was answered promptly and she was very involved in ideas, wants, needs and input from her experience as well as others. She helps us choose RIT to tour with and her recommendation did not disappoint. She made our whole experience seamless from booking extra nights accommodations, our airline tickets and assuring us of all of our transfers to and from. Beth suggested this cruise and it was a great choice for us to go on.
Beth is good at looking at all possible destinations that you are interested in seeing and coming up with a trip choice that you will not regret. She listens and investigates all options of what is out there in the world to see and do
We had to do a last minute change to our planned trip and she was able to accommodate and change of what we requested.
She is very efficient and responds quickly to questions and answers each question thoroughly even if I had just asked the same question the day before. Beth emails a detailed list of steps leading up and including travel day, she even gives detailed instructions on where to go to for connecting flights or where to find your tour group located in the airport. She doesn’t leave you wondering where do I need to go to especially being in a foreign country -she has already thought ahead.

This is the second time Beth has assisted us with organizing a trip. This time we went to Dublin, London and Edinburgh. Beth put together options for us including airfare, trains and transportation to and from our hotels. River Cruise in Portugal and Spain Driving Tour

Four of us booked an Avalon River cruise on the Douro River in Portugal which was followed by a driving tour in Spain. Beth was able to get everything expertly arranged for the flights and cruise portion. We managed the driving portion since we were not tied down to a specific itinerary for Spain. Prior to our departure from the cruise, there was a slight issue which could have affected our private transfer. Beth worked with the Avalon cruise director to ensure that everything ran smooth as could be!

Second trip to Scotland

Our vacation started off on a rough note with Air Canada cancelling our flight out of Montreal. Air Canada had rescheduled us for another flight the following day that would have us effectively missing completely a day. I contacted Beth and she was able to work her magic and get us on our Premium Economy seats on a flight to Frankfurt and on to Scotland earlier than the offer from Air Canada which was very much appreciated. We also had an issue with one of our hotels where they had not changed the sheets and again Beth was able to communicate with the hotel and we received a partial reimboursement of the room. The trip was overall a wonderful success and I will always travel with a travel agents input because when confronted with the situations we were it is comforting to know there is a person with whom you can reach out to.

Beth Baskey was recommended to me, and she was the amazing person that assisted me through every step of planning our trip to St. Lucia.
It was SO nice to be able to ask Beth questions throughout the months leading up to our trip, and she was always very prompt in her responses. Her insight was invaluable to me, and saved me time. She was also able to get us a GREAT deal on a hotel in Toronto the night before our trip, which included parking for the week and taking a free shuttle to the airport. This was a huge benefit to us as we were travelling at the end of January, and we did not want to risk getting stuck in a snow storm on the 401 on the day of our flight.

Was there in our time of need/Helped plan our trip

Very efficient, professional and helped with all of our travel needs. We have used Beth for a few of our trips since COVID started to lift in their restrictions of travelling.
In May of this year while we were in Florida- we received a call that we needed to come home that day due to the quickly deteriorating health of my Mom, With a quick call at 10am and brief explanation of what was happening, Beth was able to cancel and rebook us a flight within minutes and we were back into Canada by 7:45 pm that night to be with my Mom, it was over and above. Afterwards she helped us in submitting travel documents and insurance forms as well after our return home for the change in our original trip.
Beth was able to keep us informed of our travel needs and changes of itineraries when we were in Hawaii this past fall. With the ever changing airport rules and flight times, we were able to have a smooth trip as she kept us up to date on everything.
