Very easy to work with and extremely detailed!

Beth arranged our flights and accommodations in Porto. It was like being on House Hunters International. Old building that had been completely renovated and updated with a balcony overlooking a Main Street. Restaurants a few doors away, shops etc. right close by. Lots to see and do. Remember your comfortable walking shoes!! Beth always takes the stress out of travelling and is always available to answer questions while we are away. We always appreciate her help.

This is the second time Beth has assisted us with organizing a trip. This time we went to Dublin, London and Edinburgh. Four of us booked an Avalon River cruise on the Douro River in Portugal which was followed by a driving tour in Spain. Beth was able to get everything expertly arranged for the flights and cruise portion. We managed the driving portion since we were not tied down to a specific itinerary for Spain. Prior to our departure from the cruise, there was a slight issue which could have affected our private transfer. Beth worked with the Avalon cruise director to ensure that everything ran smooth as could be!

Our vacation started off on a rough note with Air Canada cancelling our flight out of Montreal. Air Canada had rescheduled us for another flight the following day that would have us effectively missing completely a day. I contacted Beth and she was able to work her magic and get us on our Premium Economy seats on a flight to Frankfurt and on to Scotland earlier than the offer from Air Canada which was very much appreciated. We also had an issue with one of our hotels where they had not changed the sheets and again Beth was able to communicate with the hotel and we received a partial reimboursement of the room. The trip was overall a wonderful success and I will always travel with a travel agents input because when confronted with the situations we were it is comforting to know there is a person with whom you can reach out to.

Well, I am sure there are cheaper ways to organize such a trip on your own, but everything is trial and error and it all falls back on you when you’re trying to do it yourself. With an agent like Beth, the trip is well arranged, and backed up by Beth and the company.

Very efficient, professional and helped with all of our travel needs. We have used Beth for a few of our trips since COVID started to lift in their restrictions of travelling.

In May of this year while we were in Florida- we received a call that we needed to come home that day due to the quickly deteriorating health of my Mom, With a quick call at 10am and brief explanation of what was happening, Beth was able to cancel and rebook us a flight within minutes and we were back into Canada by 7:45 pm that night to be with my Mom, it was over and above. Afterwards she helped us in submitting travel documents and insurance forms as well after our return home for the change in our original trip.

Beth was able to keep us informed of our travel needs and changes of itineraries when we were in Hawaii this past fall. With the ever changing airport rules and flight times, we were able to have a smooth trip as she kept us up to date on everything.

Beth helped up plan a dream vacation to Kauai, Hawaii. When the airline cancelled our flights for several days due their IT system outage, Beth quickly negotiated full refunds from all suppliers so we could plan our vacation for another time. We are so grateful for her help and can’t wait to take our dream vacation!

Beth took over our file while we had trips in various stages of planning and payment. She smoothly transitioned to working with us, making sure that all payments were made on time and that all the "i"'s dotted and the "t"'s crossed.

During one of our trips, we had the misfortune of catching Covid which delayed our return. Beth quickly and efficiently re-worked our return flights, not once, but twice due to some additional itinerary changes while we were away. Everything was handled smoothly by Beth and we had our new flight information communicated to us without any issue for us. We did not need to worry about a thing; Beth had it handled!
