I could not have planned Universal and Disney World without Rachael!! My family and extended family of 10, all ages, were relying on me to figure it all out and I was leaning on Rachael to help me figure it all out! When our toddler got to Universal with no shoes, she ordered a pair and had them sent to our hotel!! When I had a question about anything at any time, she answered! She is SO knowledgeable, so easy to work with, to talk to, excellent communication, super responsive. Our trip was such a family success, the best memories. We couldn’t stay away and now she’s helping us with our upcoming Disney Cruise! Who knew we’d be returning again so soon?! And don’t forget her services are free! I highly recommend Rachael!

Rachael has booked two very different vacations for us (so far). One was a 10 year anniversary trip to an island. It was beautiful and special! She also planned a week long Disney World trip for our whole family. It was magical! She made all of our park, food, and travel reservations. It was such a smooth and enjoyable week for us. I had the pleasure of knowing Rachael (and her love of Disney!) previously so knew we would use her when we decided to plan a trip because I don’t know anyone that knows Disney like her! We just returned with our kids aged 6, 3, and 9 months and it was so magical! She knew we needed to ball on a budget with the trip and she was respectful of our budget, helping us find deals where we could, even at the last minute when Disney announced deals. Gave us so many helpful tips and tricks, reserved our dining, etc. I appreciated her knowledge of rides and of dining experiences and she absolutely chose the right ones for us. We had an issue with our stroller rental late in the evening after arrival (and before our first park day) and she answered her phone immediately, resolved the issue swiftly. She also helped to coordinate the trip of my sister in laws large family to go at the same time as us. Rachael booked our 10 year anniversary trip for us at an all inclusive resort in Jamaica and it was fantastic! We had a great time. We are especially grateful for Rachael suggesting we book club Mobay at the airport, if we hadn’t we wouldn’t have had any food options on the morning our flight returned. She was helpful throughout the entire process and we’d absolutely use her again!

Rachael was amazing! she clearly communicated and explained everything to me, made booking our reservations a breeze! I could have not planned this trip with out her! She went above and beyond and made our families trip absolutely magical! I can not recommend her enough!!
