We set sail on the Disney Magic in May, and it was indeed MAGIC! Being Florida residents, we know our way around Disney World pretty well, but when it came to planning our first Disney cruise, I knew I didn’t have the bandwidth to learn all the ins-and-outs of Disney Cruise Line. Excellent Cruise!

This was our second trip to Universal and first Disney Cruise. We used Rachel for our first trip and naturally used her again for this trip. Couldn’t have done it without her! She made the process painless, and much easier than I’m sure it would have been had I worked it all out myself. She helps make the vacation a true vacation!

My family is getting ready to go on our 6th trip planned with Rachael and we already have our 7th booked! I won’t travel without all her knowledge and help! She’s always willing to answer questions even on July 4th when she was about to have a party at her house. I appreciate how she’s so knowledgeable like last year when we were in Hollywood Studios for the 1st time in over 10 years and I texted her to know where I could get a quick service with inside seating and she responded immediately. She’s helped me plan multi generation trips to the Dominican Republic, Disney World, Disney Cruises, Royal Caribbean cruise and Mexico. I’ll always recommend her to anybody who says they want to plan a trip and I’ll never plan one without her. Forever thankful for our Disney Ms. Rachael as we call her!!

I could not have planned Universal and Disney World without Rachael!! My family and extended family of 10, all ages, were relying on me to figure it all out and I was leaning on Rachael to help me figure it all out! When our toddler got to Universal with no shoes, she ordered a pair and had them sent to our hotel!! When I had a question about anything at any time, she answered! She is SO knowledgeable, so easy to work with, to talk to, excellent communication, super responsive. Our trip was such a family success, the best memories. We couldn’t stay away and now she’s helping us with our upcoming Disney Cruise! Who knew we’d be returning again so soon?! And don’t forget her services are free! I highly recommend Rachael!

Rachael has booked two very different vacations for us (so far). One was a 10 year anniversary trip to an island. It was beautiful and special! She also planned a week long Disney World trip for our whole family. It was magical! She made all of our park, food, and travel reservations. It was such a smooth and enjoyable week for us. Highly recommend Rachael for all travel!
