About Me

All Inclusive Magic
All Inclusive Magic

There is a reason all-inclusive resorts have become one of the most popular ways to travel. The appeal is simple: one price covers everything — your room, your meals, your drinks, your entertainment — and once you arrive, you can exhale. No budgeting at dinner. No haggling over excursion prices. No surprises on checkout day. Just pure, uninterrupted enjoyment.

But here's what most travelers don't realize until it's too late: not all all-inclusive resorts are created equal. The difference between an average all-inclusive experience and an extraordinary one often comes down to who booked it, how well they know the property, and whether they've actually been there themselves.

I have.

Over the course of my career, I've personally stayed at properties across Mexico, the Caribbean, and Costa Rica. I've walked the grounds, eaten the food, tested the service, and experienced these resorts the same way my clients will. That firsthand knowledge is something no online booking engine can replicate. When I recommend a property, it's not because a brochure told me to. It's because I know it delivers.

Matching the Right Resort to the Right Traveler

Every all-inclusive resort has a personality, and part of my job is making sure that personality matches yours. Some properties are built for romance — quiet, intimate, adults-only sanctuaries where the pace is slow and the sunsets are spectacular. Others are designed for families, with waterparks, kids' clubs, and enough activities to keep everyone happy from sunrise to midnight. Some are party-forward, with nonstop entertainment and a buzzing pool scene. Others are refined and understated, focused on culinary excellence and spa experiences.

Getting this match right is everything. A couples' retreat booked at a family resort, or a girls' trip landed at a sleepy, low-energy property — these mismatches happen all the time when travelers book without guidance. My job is to make sure they never happen to you.

Group All-Inclusive Travel — What You Need to Know

For groups, all-inclusive travel adds another layer of complexity that I want every organizer to understand before they commit to anything. When you book a group at an all-inclusive resort, you're typically signing a contract. That contract specifies a minimum number of rooms, and if your group falls below that number, there are consequences.

Depending on the property and the terms, dropping below your room commitment could mean financial penalties, loss of your negotiated rate, or in some cases, the contract being voided entirely. If that happens, rebooking your group means paying current market rates — which are almost always higher than what you originally locked in. I've seen this scenario catch organizers completely off guard, and it's one of the most important conversations I have with every group client before anything gets signed.

My job is to structure your group booking in a way that gives you the best possible experience while protecting you from the fine print that can turn a dream trip into a stressful one. I negotiate on your behalf, review every contract detail, and make sure you go in with a clear understanding of your commitments and your options.

The Perks of Booking Through a Specialist

Beyond the protection and the expertise, there are very real, tangible benefits to booking your all-inclusive experience through me rather than directly through a resort or an online platform. My relationships with top resort brands and my status as a preferred advisor mean I can often secure added amenities — room upgrades, resort credits, welcome gifts, early check-in or late checkout — that simply aren't available to the general public. For groups, those negotiated extras can be even more significant: private dinners, dedicated event spaces, customized group activities, and preferred pricing that makes the overall experience feel elevated without inflating your budget. As one of only six KHM Travel Hall of Fame inductees, a KHM Pinnacle Agent, and a member of both the KHM Travel Advisory Board and the Northstar Black Travel Advisory Board, I bring a level of industry standing and supplier access that works directly in your favor every time we work together.

From the First Conversation to the Last Checkout

What I offer isn't just a booking. It's a full-service experience from the moment we start planning to the moment you return home. I'm available when questions come up before your trip, reachable if something goes sideways during it, and genuinely invested in making sure the experience matches everything we planned together.

All-inclusive travel, at its best, is one of the most relaxing and rewarding ways to see the world. My goal is to make sure yours is exactly that — and then some.

Let's find your perfect resort. I already know where to start.

The Best Trip and Peace of Mind!
Reviewed By ROBBIN - Atlanta | Traveled to Dubai ~ United Arab Emirates ~ Middle East
Working with Laurence for our Dubai trip was pure excellence! During our stay in Dubai, my mobile phone wasn't working correctly, I reached out to Laurence to confirm our flight and excursions - he took care of EVERYTHING from the other side while we were able to continue to enjoy our first experience in Dubai.

I have experienced other travel agents, but none that went above and beyond to make sure we arrived safely, to check if we needed anything else, and to confirm our safe arrival back home. He is MY travel agent and would refer him to ANYONE for ANY trip/travel.

Laurence and Annie,
Just a quick note of appreciation to let you know how much I enjoyed Spring Fling!I know it took a lot of planning and hard work to make it happen. My favorite was Capetown. It was not what I expected, so clean and beautiful. I liked the hotel and their friendly staff. Excellent driver and guide. Their tips should be doubled. Robbens Island was a dream come true Dinner at GOLD is worth a return trip. Thank you!
The wineries were absolutely outstanding. As I was researching, I realized just how much South Africa is known for it’s wine. So glad a tour was offered.
Even though the tour of the township was heart wrenching we needed to see it. Table mountain, the safari and all the sightseeing was fascinating.
Please tell the next group about Willoughby & Co. restaurant in the wharf mall. Excellent food and the hotel shuttle drops you off at the entrance.. Friendly people. They even have Black African sushi chefs.
Thanks again, for a wonderful experience.
