Denise was a true travel agent gem when it came to helping us plan our 6 day cruise on Oasis of the Seas with 7 people. She was always available and willing to answer any and all questions. Denise had the high level expertise I would expect. What wasn’t expected was how responsive she was to our needs. The best example was emailing her in the middle of the night before our first day in the park about a scheduling mix-up with a stroller company. She was able to both respond to my email AND solve the problem around 10 PM! It would be unfair to expect this all the time but we’re very lucky she happened to be available and it worked out!

Denise was wonderful to work with as we planned our trip to Disney. It had been about 20 years since I'd been to Disney so needless to say so much had changed since then. Denise was very responsive to all of our questions, let us know when we could start to book dining reservations, and gave us some tips and tricks for our visit. Other than setting up the app to use while in the parks, we didn't have to think twice about any other aspect of our trip. Denise took care of it all!
