Denise was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had during the planning of our cruise. Also, she provided helpful information we needed to know to make our cruise enjoyable and a very pleasurable experience.

Denise was a true travel agent gem when it came to helping us plan our 6 day cruise on Oasis of the Seas with 7 people. She was always available and willing to answer any and all questions. She prepared several quotes and helped us choose the best option for a cruise ship and port to leave from. Everything went smooth and without any hiccups. I would use Denise to plan every vacation we take!

Denise had the high level expertise I would expect. What wasn’t expected was how responsive she was to our needs. The best example was emailing her in the middle of the night before our first day in the park about a scheduling mix-up with a stroller company. She was able to both respond to my email AND solve the problem around 10 PM! It would be unfair to expect this all the time but we’re very lucky she happened to be available and it worked out!

This is the second time we have had Denise help plan our disney trip and she has not let us down yet! She is so helpful with planning and gave wonderful dinner recommendations!
