I Five years later, we signed on again to cruise to
Cuba, and Elaine arranged EVERYTHING to coincide with our same Aussie partners! We were So excited, then Trump cancelled Cuba. Elaine stuck with us and helped us make all the arrangements, and answered every one of my phone calls and emails! She is SO knowledgeable, and addressed every problem that arose! Visas, then not visas. Tours, then other tours! Flights, and time changes! How delighted to receive a lovely bottle of wine upon boarding the ship. And finding our cabin exactly as she promised, and very central to elevators and stairs! We joked all along with Elaine about not breaking any bones before the trip, and celebrated our departure!
Aline was patient and understanding, ALWAYS returned my many calls, and provided all the info we needed for a pleasant trip! I would call her first for any trip we take! Thank you Elaine for your expertise, and never ending good humor and help!

Elaine is very personable and quite efficient. She asks all the right questions to make sure that your trip experience is the best it can be. She was very patient in answering all my questions (I'm a relative novice at cruise planning) and was able to quickly give me answers and explain options. I had booked a previous cruise with SandnC, but my late wife had handled all the details; so, this was my first experience dealing with Elaine. I'm already dealing with her on additional cruises.
