I Five years later, we signed on again to cruise to
Cuba, and Elaine arranged EVERYTHING to coincide with our same Aussie partners! We were So excited, then Trump cancelled Cuba. Elaine stuck with us and helped us make all the arrangements, and answered every one of my phone calls and emails! She is SO knowledgeable, and addressed every problem that arose! Visas, then not visas. Tours, then other tours! Flights, and time changes! How delighted to receive a lovely bottle of wine upon boarding the ship. And finding our cabin exactly as she promised, and very central to elevators and stairs! We joked all along with Elaine about not breaking any bones before the trip, and celebrated our departure!

Elaine is very personable and quite efficient. She asks all the right questions to make sure that your trip experience is the best it can be.
