Wanda helped book a Royal Caribbean cruise for me and my husband and another couple. She was able to find us something with the perfect itinerary. She advised us to consider travelling in the day before which I am glad we did as our flights ended up changing and the departure time for the cruise ended up being moved up in the day! With the very sudden Spirit Airlines issue, she made sure we were taken care of and wouldn't be affected. I highly recommend having her in your corner when you plan your next trip

We were given quite a bit of info for the trip . The only issue I had was the embankment. Total different from what was expected and we were given instructions that later changed at the last minute.I know that was the cruise lines issue not the travel agent . It would have been nice to have a meet and greet after we all arrived .

Wanda is very informative and make travelling easier by offering or informing you of things you can do ahead especially when traveling out of the country. For instance completing your re-entry form out ahead of time on your mobile device can make re-entry easier to return to the states and also when leaving the states. This is very good because it can sometime prevent you from missing your flight and/or loosing your luggage. Her knowledge in things like this made traveling less stressful. Thanks Mrs. James! I had a marvelous time. It started a little rough but overall this trip was wonderful.
You are at the top of the list for travel agents! You are thorough and respond promptly to questions and concerns. Even if you don't have the answers, you say that, but quickly research and respond.

Thanks to Wanda, my travel preparations and experiences are beyond amazing. Even with many things going on, I am never stressed or anxious leading up to a trip because I know that everything has been taken car of far in advance. On one occasion, a trip needed to be cancelled and Wanda ensured that I was updated frequently on the plans and even provided ways to redeem future travel credit which I was not expecting! No question will ever go unanswered. Wanda is my preferred travel agent, and should be yours, too!

Jamaica and Las Vegas
