We were given quite a bit of info for the trip . The only issue I had was the embankment. Total different from what was expected and we were given instructions that later changed at the last minute.I know that was the cruise lines issue not the travel agent . It would have been nice to have a meet and greet after we all arrived .

She was very knowledgeable of questions about the cruise. I saw through out the cruise and spent some time with her guest. I love her and booked for next year. So, if you want a outstanding travel agent book with TMari's Travel (Wanda James).

Our trip was enjoyable from start to finish. There we a couple of hick-ups (Group Dinner and Group Photo) neither of which were Wanda's fault. She handled both with grace and patience. Overall, a great time was had by all.

Wanda is very informative and make travelling easier by offering or informing you of things you can do ahead especially when traveling out of the country. For instance completing your re-entry form out ahead of time on your mobile device can make re-entry easier to return to the states and also when leaving the states. This is very good because it can sometime prevent you from missing your flight and/or loosing your luggage. Her knowledge in things like this made traveling less stressful. Thanks Mrs. James!
