My sister in law had coordinated our niece's Disney Birthday vacation with Scott.
There were 13 of us total, staying different durations and at different Disney resorts.
The Disney app was pretty intimidating however with Scott’s help he was able to link our reservations accordingly! We were able to see our itineraries, dinning reservations and lightning lane passes making it easy for us to coordinate while we were there!
From start to finish Scott was incredibly helpful, responsive, extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with!
With reminders, suggestions, and tips and tricks emails he made planing & packing a magical breeze as well!

We couldn't have asked for a more helpful and through travel agent! Traveling with a large group we were worried about getting everyone organized but Scott took away all of our worries. He checked on us when we arrived, half-way through the trip, when we needed to do our boarding passes and even after we got home. Where should I even begin?

"I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with my disney vacation but Scott. He knows his stuff and always there for me when I had many many many questions about it all. He booked our universal tickets which was a plus so we could get early entry too. He spent a while on the phone getting our halloween tickets. Got up early to book our dining reservations for us. He's always putting in the extra effort to make sure everything is right. He was also checking in quite often while we were there. Without him our vacation wouldn't have been as Magical!! We decided to book our second disney/universal trip in April 2023, 6 months later. We trusted in Scott with his positive experience at Port Orleans French quarter so we upgraded and loved it!! I have referred many of my friends and family for their vacations. And they all say amazing things about Scott. We can't wait to book our next trip with him!!!

Scott was amazing to work with to plan our trip to Disney & Universal Studios! With many (many) emails exchanged back and forth, he answered all our questions and then some! His tips & tricks sheets were very detailed and helpful...Did I print them off and take them with us on the trip?? 🙋🏻??? Yes, yes I did. I'm sure we wouldn't have been so efficient at exploring Disney and Universal Studios without his expertise and help. With a trip like that - you need to know the ins and outs of making the most of your days and Scott's knowledge was invaluable! Took the stress out of planning!

This was our first trip to Disney as a family, and as I started excitingly and bravely planning myself, I quickly realized that Disney is not what it was 15-20+ years ago and that I needed help. Anxiety kicked in and planning for our Christmas morning surprise to our girls became stressful. Thankfully… when I reached out for advice to friends and acquaintances on social media Scott’s name was the constant.
Scott made everything so easy and carefree, getting me once again excited. Scott was always readily available. So patient, even with all the back and forth and forth decision making. Even when we were there in Florida and had some questions he responded within mins!
Needless to say, our recent trip was a success from the planning to the memories created and we could not of achieved to this magnitude without Scott’s passion and expertise for everything Disney. 100% would recommend and use again for future Disney experiences ??
