This is our second time using Scott. He is the absolute BEST! After our first time booking with Scott, we were signed up to his newsletters. This is a great way to see what is going on what deals exist, etc. Because of these newsletters we decided to book a last minute cruise and then extend to a trip to Disney World. Scott was there to help with it all. He answered all my dumb questions, made sure we got into Chef Mickeys, and communicated with us throughout the process. Our family is now waiting on late 2028 cruise dates and plan to use Scott again. I don't know how I would be able to handle this without him!

Scott was amazing to work with l - start to finish. He made me definitely feel at ease for our first big family trip. He thoroughly explained things, checked in “just to see” while we were away, and answered questions on the fly. We will definitely be using Scott again ??

Scott Johnnson made planning our Disney trip unbelievably easy. He was always there to answer questions and took care of every detail for us. Scott handled all of our dinner reservations and recommended some incredible restaurants that truly made our trip extra special — especially breakfast at Topolino's Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera, which was absolutely amazing, and the princess dining experience at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in EPCOT, which was such a memorable experience. When we had issues with our Memory Maker, he fixed everything almost immediately, which made things so much less stressful. We absolutely loved staying at the Disney campgrounds — they were the perfect retreat from the busy parks and really balanced the whole experience beautifully. Thanks to Scott’s knowledge, organization, and attention to detail, we had an absolutely magical two weeks and were able to enjoy every moment stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent and highly recommend Scott to anyone planning a Disney vacation!

Scott was incredible from our first contact with him. He was very knowledgeable and informative, and he was helpful every step of the way. He was always quick to respond to us, and let us know that he was available and willing to help if we needed anything. Scott helped us plan a trip within our budget and helped us maximize our time and experiences. I am confident that our trip would not have been as great as it was if we hadn't worked with Scott. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. He truly helped us make our Disney vacation Pure Magic.

Scott was awesome again! He planned our Disney Cruise in the fall and then our Disney World Trip this past month. Scott knows all the ins and outs of Disney and kept me updated with reminders and helpful info leading up to our trip! He had great suggestions for from experiences and dining to packing lists for our family! I am indecisive and Scott helped me make decisions and was able to help me add more days at another resort when we decided we wanted to arrive earlier last minute. We loved our trip and I'm ready to get planning our next one!
