Last year we were planning our Disney World trip with our 2 sons (age 8 yrs & 22 months). I researched nonstop, was overwhelmed & getting nowhere. We decided to look up a Disney travel agent. BEST decision since I was looking offsite. She also lives in Orlando and is huge Disney Fan. She knows the ins and outs of DW. She booked our airport pick up / drop off with MEARS, had a private SUV and they provided excellent service. She was there every step of the way with any questions I had. She consistently sent email reminders and had my Disney l information so she could go in on my behalf to make plans/changes. She provided Baby Care Center areas at each park to nurse and change my toddler.. These centers are a mothers dream. Our trip to the most magical place on earth was absolutely perfect.

Melanie is an expert in all things Disney! She was very pleasant to speak with and spent time helping us to make the best decisions for our Disney vacation. She recommended an on property hotel with appropriate transportation to get us to the parks each day. During our conversation, she also recommended food venues at the different parks we were visiting as well as specific rides to get to in order to beat some of the crowds. She also provided information as to what parts of the Disney parks and properties were still closed due to the pandemic. But she did not stop there, she helped to ensure our tickets were purchased and sent helpful information as to how to make our park reservations. Melanie was a pleasure to work with planning a Disney trip for me and my extended family. I hadn't been to Disney in over 30 years and she had a wealth of tips that made our stay great. I also appreciated how much time she spent on the phone with me and with Disney to arrange our trip and get a Military discount applied after we booked (It ended up being more complicated than I thought; she took over and handled it all expertly).
