Can’t say enough about our wonderful family trip on the Disney cruise ship Wish! . The entire process was effortless and highly recommend!! Continue to love that everything was planned for our meals traveling with two small children it made it effortless and the food was an added bonus it was so wonderful.

Last year we were planning our Disney World trip with our 2 sons (age 8 yrs & 22 months). I researched nonstop, was overwhelmed & getting nowhere. We decided to look up a Disney travel agent. After a quick google search, I contacted Melanie from Travelmation. She responded right away. From the very start she was helpful, honest and recommended staying on site due to having a toddler. BEST decision since I was looking offsite. She also lives in Orlando and is huge Disney Fan. She knows the ins and outs of DW. She booked our airport pick up / drop off with MEARS, had a private SUV and they provided excellent service. She was there every step of the way with any questions I had. She consistently sent email reminders and had my Disney l information so she could go in on my behalf to make plans/changes. She provided Baby Care Center areas at each park to nurse and change my toddler.. These centers are a mothers dream. Our trip to the most magical place on earth was absolutely perfect.

Melanie is an expert in all things Disney! She was very pleasant to speak with and spent time helping us to make the best decisions for our Disney vacation. She recommended an on property hotel with appropriate transportation to get us to the parks each day. During our conversation, she also recommended food venues at the different parks we were visiting as well as specific rides to get to in order to beat some of the crowds.
