All online agencies just have you enter a CC number to book your important trip but they do NOT advise you why or why not it may be the best place for you.  These companies severely lack of service you would expect.  They do not come with experience or offer you the exclusive amenities that I can.  They certainly do not advise you on which floor to avoid, due to possible noise, which hotel locations are best for walking to restaurants or which rooms have the best views.
