Jim doesn't stop working when he takes your vacation or getaway reservation. He's working behind the scenes when you don't even know it making sure that the cruise line hasn't lowered their price or changed your cabin or forgot to reserve your special event. He is checking in with the right people multiple times leading up to your big day or departure. He's knowledgeable about many locations inside and outside the US and will make connections where necessary to ensure you find the best arrangements suited to your needs. Jim takes pride in his job, his knowledge of the industry and his personal relationships that he builds along the way. I have known Jim personally and professionally for ten years or more. I've booked many cruises and other vacations with him and I wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Jim, on several occasions has given us the best info regarding new ships, what the ships have to offer, things to do in the ports and most of all SAVE US MONEY. He is always looking for the best deals and let's us know if there are any upgrades available and gets them for us if we qualify.
